Hi all, i am new to Penis Enlargement and i've been doing DLD's newbie routine for about a week. My problem is with the stretches, i am uncut and i cant seem to get a good grip. If i pull the foreskin all the way back behind the head and try to hold between the foreskin and head it hurts like hell and i cant pull very hard before the pain is too much. If i leave the skin partially over the head and grab it at the base of the head the skin gets very swollen and stretched out looking, it is also hard to get a good grip. The question is, do i just keep doing it the first way and deal with the pain and it will eventually go away? Or is option # 2 ok and some swollen foreskin isn't a big deal?
 
I have the exact same problem i usually stretch in the bath with the foreskin pulled back but sometimes the frenulum gets in the way and stings when i stretch too hard
 
well i am uncut to, but after i have warmed up with a warm towel i've got a real good grip when i push my forskin back. I hold my dick right behind the glans with an ok grip (with the thumb and finger turned towards me) never had any problems that way
 
I am also uncut and always used to do stretches with the skin but over time with practice you will be able do stretch without the skin,start off slow and you will get there.
 
i had the exact same problem. But I tried to stretch as hard as I can(with foreskinn pulled all the way back) every day and it hurt like a mofo at first but in just 7-8 days I had de sensitised my head to the point that I can stretch as hard as I want to.
 
i too am uncut, and i had this problem too, but i have a few suggestions.

1. Non surgical(or surgical if you want to pay more) latex gloves. i bought a box of 100(like $8) and it is probably one of my better investments for Penis Enlargement. if you are alergic to latex you could try the non latex ones, but they tear more easily, so you would need more.

2. i suggest peeling the foreskin back. i have tried both ways, and when i have the foreskin over the head and try stretching it feels like im just stretching the skin around my penis rather than the ligs themselves. so pull it back.

3. for the first few days it will hurt, so just dont go at full intensity for a couple days. after that start upping the intensity until it doesnt hurt anymore and just go at it.

4. one thing that i have found that works well for me is to try to force some blood into the head of the penis. i had had problems with my penis slipping out of my grip, but if you force some blood to the head it makes sort of a ball joint(the head is too engorged to slip through my fingers.)
so either kegel some blood in there or just hold down the vein on the topside of your penis until your head fills a little.
