I'm taking some time off from hanging due to a minor injury....skin "hyper stretching" resulting in some scabbing/light scarring. So, while I'm taking a break from hanging...I'm going to be stretching. I'm using bundled 'A' and 'V' stretches and, I'm wanting to make sure I'm doing them correctly. I know how to set up the bundled stretch....in flaccid state, twist penis in either direction 2 or 3 turns and, then set up either an 'A' or 'V' stretch. So, I do this and then pull downward or, upward depending on the type of stretch. I only seem to be feeling a stretch in the tunicae though. Is that right? I have yet to get any lig stretch from doing these...either the 'A' or 'V' bundled stretches.
