Was Wondering doing bhtc stretches do
You get like a weird feeling in groin areas.
 
The stretch is very intense due to the angle of it and the fact that you can impart much leverage...as far as any odd feeling, other than an very-strong 'pulling' sensation, nothing out of the ordinary for us PEers
 
Feels kinda like my balls went up in my sacks kinda hard to explain.feels like I used a bathmate or pump

This is normal bud. When you stretch your cock in that position, especially straight down the middle ,your cock will push your nuts out of the way either by spreading them one each side off your shaft or squishing them up. It's not the most pleasant feeling in the beginning but you get used to it. Try to make sure your nut sack is nice and warm sp it's super loose and that will help alot.
 
I think I know what you are talking about. When I first started BTC stretches, I could not stand all the way up but after doing these for about a week I can now stand up straight and even arch back to increase the stretch. I can even do these stretches now with 1 twist. My balls will go to the side for the center and I go around them when I do the right and left stretch, you don't want to get one in the way but you will know if you do
 
Behind the cheeks needs to be taken slowly and progressively. You will be stretching parts of the body you have never stretched before so there is going to be discomfort until these areas are stretched. Once this is accomplished BHC is an amazing stretch that brings limitless potential to the ligaments.
 
I can’t seem to locate a video on behind the checks. Is there a video here for those as I want to make absolutely sure I’m doing everything right to make the gains I’m hoping for!

Indeed, it is the most unlimited place to gain. I know there is a limit to length and that would be a lifetime. I truly believe there in not limit when training BTC.

I'm Hoping it brings me some excellent gains because I'm kicking the ass out of BTC with my lengthmaster BTC squat stretch!!

I almost passed out doing this one time. I the one my one ball was positioned with all that pressure of sitting on it made me go through the roof.

I can do it now without too much discomfort.

This works! I gained a little tiny bit in length from this stretch.
 
Yes, you need to get your ball sack nice and loose before you do the stretch. I simply pull on my nuts for a minute or two.

This works well to acquire a better flaccid hang - no doubt about it.

Did I read this right. Are you saying you sat on your nuts !!! Omg , no wonder you almost passed out.
 
I will say that's one 'side-affect' that has occurred from PE...I now am fully cognizant of where my sack is before I sit and also if the pants/shorts I'm wearing are appropriate for the environment, lol

When we think about the ligaments and downward stretching there will eventually be a limit to how much lore you can stretch the legs. If they reach a maximum downward length then there is no more hope for downward stretches. Behind the Cheek stretches have no real limit as the ligaments can be stretched up the backside to your neck if you had enough time :)

We could call those BTC/OTS=behind the cheek over the shoulder or elephant trunk stretch, lol

Very true. The young guys here probably don't think too much about time, us older ones tend to think about it more often
