I've been using the BM for two months now.

Today I noticed 3 drops of congealed blood in my semen. 2 day before this I noticed a small amount of blood coming from my urethra when in the BM at max pressure with the vacuvin on the 1st set. After exiting the tube I noticed 2 small cuts on just the inside of the urethra. I assume this is where it came from. I don't know how I got the cuts, maybe from the high bm pressure or somehow scratched it while manual stretching.

So today was the first time I came since the blood appearance in the Bathmate. Is it possible that the blood in the semen is related to that incident?

The ultimate question is how long should I take off pe. At the moment I do various advanced manual stretches, kegel routine and the 3x5 BM routine. Should I stop doing all 3 aspects for now.

dang...I feel your pain, (literally). The droplet of blood in the chamber has happened to me a few times and each time it was due to not having an adequate warm-up and pumping to my max too quickly. I can feel when I'm at the point of over-pumping, so I back-off the pressure until that sharpish pain goes away. I'm usually healed w/in a day.
I just make sure to be very cognizant of what my body is trying to tell me...but it's difficult cuz I want to see those gains!!

This is nothing serious and something most men will experience. It is a small tear in the urethra and blood will be released. It is always due to stretching but there is no reason to stop training. In most cases after a day it will never happen again. If it does take a few days off to allow it to heal. For me I trained the next day with no blood issues. It is scary but I am here to reassure you, you are just fine.

I took a day off PE and tried the stretching and BM again.

When finishing the stretching session I noticed a very small amount of blood coming from the cuts inside the edge of the urethra.

Much later on I tried the Bathmate again and some blood came out the urethra again. More than last time probably 4 drops worth. So I think I'll have to stop PE altogether for at least 3 days. I also think there are some additional cuts further inside my urethra which I cant see, possibly caused by stretches that bend and twist like the bundled stretches & __________ stretches.

Give yourself some more time off. Keep in mind that the urethra, much like the mouth, is moist and may take longer to heal. 3-4 days should definitely heal this up.

I went 3 full days without do any PE and tried starting again today. After getting to the end of the manual stretches part of my routine I noticed some blood again. Not dripping though, when I lightly pressed my urethra to my palm a small smudge of blood appeared on my palm.

So after this I tried the bath mate 3X5X5 routine except this time I went to the "base" max pressure, so I didn't use the vacuvin at all this time. I didn't notice any blood coming from my urethra, but my length expansion was probably 1.5cm less than I would reach if I'd used the vacuvin. I was considering using the vacuvin on the last set, but was too scared as blood may appear again.

Should I take more time off PE altogether, as I already took 3 full days off and doing the manual stretches caused a small amount of blood again. Or should I stick to just using the BM without the vacuvin as the higher pressure may worsen the situation and also stop doing any manual stretches.

It seems to be almost cleared up, I would give it two more days just for good measure.

omg this is scary

It can be alarming but, as I said, most men will experience this in their PE at one time or another. A very quick healing and it usually never happens again, you just have to wait long enough for it to heal. I can't remember how long I waited, maybe a week, I will see if I can find the thread.

I went 6 full days without any PE. After doing my advanced stretches routine there was still a very small amount (not even a drop) of blood when I pressed my palm against the urethra.

Does this mean I've "reset" the healing process and have to wait another 5 or so consecutive days without any exercises at all. This is very annoying as I just want to get back to my normal routine.

I would give it two more days to be completely sure. If a small amount of blood came out it means it is healing but not quite yet. So it is a good sign that the blood has reduced so much, this mean the cut is closing.

I took an extra 3 whole days off without PE. I did my morning stretching routine and bathmate routine without any issues. But when I was halfway through my midday mini stretch session I noticed the same tiny amount of blood when pressing my urethrs against my palm.

I think the pressure that builds up in the head causes the cut to reopen again. I really need some good advice, should I go another 3 days without PE then after that stick to just morning stretching/Bathmate routine and an evening Bathmate routine. So cutting out the midday stretching routine or should I do something else. This is becoming so frustrating.

It sounds to me like you just need more healing time, not everyone heals at the same rate. If manual stretching is causing this I would opt for a Phallosan or SizeGenetics to do the stretching for you at controlled intestines. At some point the stretching is reopening the cut and causing further blood. I would use a completely different method of stretching.
