I've been using BM for about a year, on and off. Recently started up an intense-ish routine and a few weeks in got serious soreness in one of my ligs. I took like two days off because it was inhibiting how intense I could pump. When I went back, I easily and rapidly went past my previous max length!! I've never ever gained length with BM, so this has me kinda psyched. Anyone experience different growth phases, gaining length then girth or anything like that? It seemed my girth was largest ever last night also.😳
 
I know the same thing happened to me, and i got fluid. Did you easily get fluid? Tell me how you dealt with it if yes.


I too got insane expansion today, bro I did my bathmates super set with clamped bends.
 
I went through periods of rapid gains in both length and girth but I also had slow periods where gains came slow. It is quite the anomaly, but it happens to everyone in the PE world. I say this quite often but it really applies here; Do not quit before the miracle. This saying is very true in PE because the day someone may give up could be the day the gains come.
 
DLD my brother! I really appreciate your words of encouragement! I look forward to that miracle. Your work has honestly and truly changed my life, I've been studying PE for over a decade and I never made actual gains before I got the understanding of the organ that I got here. My confidence is through the roof lately as I know I'm in the upper ten percent of worldwide girth and as large or larger than many ���� stars. I notice girls looking at me that are way hotter than I ever thought I could get and I know it's from this confidence. (The bulge doesn't hurt, girls stare on the bus all the time and I see them smiling to themselves. So good.)

As far as fluid goes, I don't get much. I massage a little bit between sets and there's sometimes some fluid in the area above the circumcision line, but that's by the time I end off on the third set, so I don't mind.
 
^This same thing happens to me when I notice a woman has camotoe. But instead of smiling to my self I do the Birdman Sandusky hand-rub.
 
The BM is a cruel mistress. I've been inside some version of her for 3 yrs and there's days where I'll hit a new number in the tube and others where I struggle to just get it on. Stay the course and try to evaluate what you did to get a good workouts and try to replicate it. I notice expressive stretching or hanging busts up my ligs really hard and having the pump pull on this area is quite uncomfortable. These workouts are confusing, since I want to maintain training. However, going crazy on both fronts doesn't seem to work well for me. Heavy length leads me to do air pumping in the BM. I have a thread in the bathmate section about dry pumping and some ideads about it. Maybe you are like me and could cycle your intense pumping with some lighter pumping dry. I could also recommend the wine vac mod. That way you don't have to pump super hard against your pubic area.
 
^ Wouldn't it be more productive to just skip the lighter pumping? I don't know how often you do it, but in my limited bathmate experience its alot like Spawn. If he uses his powers too much he'll die. This is similar to when my cock has had too much bathmate, so It doesn't even expand well in the tube. If I lay-off for 2-3 days i'm actually feeling the cock expand while under even sub-Xtreme vacuum.

Thank you my Brother! It is really a new advancement in our way of thinking that came about as I wrote my last study. Learning how PE really works and how exercises and equipment effect our growth is explained with so much more comprehension in the last writings in SRT. Leaning these things will give great direction to order of exercise and how this order brings gains so much faster.

I like to look at it like workouts. Some days you're like a beast in the gym and lift the heaviest weights possible. Somedays, you just wanna get in and keep your level of fitness. I just PE according to how I'm feeling that day, which for the majority of days is pretty intense.

Take the good with the bad, it all balances out and brings us to gains.

Well when I was going to a gym I'd rest as much as necessary, but that's for strength lifting. I'm just gonna rest for a little bit from the girth bro because those two clamp sessions really fucked me up. In one week I'll see how I feel, but for now I'm doing my low-grip stretches which are feeling good since I hadn't done them in a long time. Tbh I think they also count as light girthing because I manage to pool alot of blood into the head even flaccid!
 
I hope my new study is not causing confusion, I hope it is simple and comprehensive enough that it improves the understanding of training.
