Guys,
I'm wondering if I can start base hanging now. This will be an expressive stretching exercise.
This will be very convenient for me. I strap on in my lengthmaster and put on some weights, then go do some studying.
I think this will be very beneficial for me especially because my semester starts on september 4th....
This is the only area I never really worked with. And I think there is a lot of gaining potential. It's passive and effective.
Right now i'm doing newbie stretch routine (in LengthMaster) with 12 minutes left & right bundled stretching (with LM)
After that I do another 12 minutes left & right bundled stretching (with LM) and do 200 wet jelqs (2 second strokes)
Sometimes I do some bathmate sessions in between the jelqs.
I'm now like 60 days in this routine. And i'm very conditioned my question is: is it ok to start base hanging? NOT normal hanging?
Base hanging would be only for internal penis stretching, because I already do newbie stretch routine for tunica/septum elongation.
There isn't anymore time left for me in my daily schedule, so the only thing I can add is passive PE like hanging, extending, phallosan forte etc,
What would be your recommendations?
