This is just a theory.... but would it make sense or even work if you edged/balooned like 3 times then just went from there to a plumped erection to start your jelqing session to increase the hormones + get the jelq benefits for a crazy good workout sesh??


any input is appreciated im thinkin about experimenting with this

yes it works well, thats part of my routine some days.
 
Take a look at Supra Slammers, it is based around the general idea that you have. It is an intense exercise, great for erection strength, added girth and some length.
 
How could it not be good? That routine sounds intense and I know you will gain with it. Like crazyed27 said, check out SUPRA SLAMMERS

yeah I just tried this for the first time yesterday before I went to bed and so far it's pretty good.

The jelq should be the primer, followed by "ballooning" or "Stop and Starts". That way, you can finish your workout with ejaculating, if you wish.
 
darn i now remeber what i forgot to do Wednesday and that was to try the supra routine while ballooning.
 
well dang i've been doin this for like a week and lemme say i think it's pretty effective


I jerk to the PONR like 4-5 times then clamp off the base with my hand for 10 seconds. I then let it subside to a jelqing percentage and jelq for a while then I'll balloon again and do the same thing and It appears to be working. My flaccid girth is increasing alot along with length so I think Im just gunna keep doing this. It's pretty awesome it's just the only challenge is trying to not bust because after edging so much you reallly want to.

aside from the hardcore blue balls associated with this, it appears to be working!

and be sure not to blow ur load at all or else I think it would make this workout pointless! LMAO

Unless you blow your load hours later. I did a hardcore balloning session this week end and about 5 hours later busted about 4 feet across the room! I am still hanging fat and long today, puls very sore on the inside of my penis. I was suprised I wokeup with a morning woody this morning. I thought I almost killed my penis, but with edging and or balloning between sets, I have never experienced erection problems. That is as long as I edged or balloned between sets. Now if I did not edge or ballon between sets, then that is a different story.

hahaha thats hilarious bro i know exactly what you mean, and ya if you blow your load hours later it should be okay.


as far as this routine is going though I found that this seems to be making my penis a little bit wider i think and it hangs alot fuller and longer throughout the day.

will keep postin my opinions and discoveries with this routine in this thread
