Just wondering if anyone has read anything from Mantak Chia, I've been looking into him and wanted to see if anyone could give me some feedback on his writings. Apparently he talks about Penis Enlargement in one of his books and I would like to know which one.

Thanks,
Wood

Yeah I read Multi-Orgasmic Man. I've done my best to master the techniques, had some success, but I can't seem to have multiple orgasms consistently.

Hey Wombat...

I read about Chia's stuff as well especially the part about Multi-orgasms..

Now I have been religiously trying to be multiorgasmic for the past month and a half...been practicing his breathing and shooting energy up the spine technique EVERY SINGLE DAY...

Now I only managed multi-orgasms twice so far, and both those times happened in the same session. Funny thing is I was high (weed) at the time. Weed allows me to focus more so I guess that's why I managed it.

Being sober, all its done is allow me to extend my ejaculation time to 30-40 minutes, but that's about it.

It's really frustrating cuz I've been trying really hard.

Could you share your experience with me....

If any of you guys are interested I have all of his books on pdf files.
Just let me know which ones you want. I think in taoist secrets of love he gives an exercise he used for penis enlargement.

Can you share his exercise with the group? I would be interested in hearing about it.

Mantak Chia has many exercises in his book. There's a reason it's a book, it's more of a perspective, practice and philosophy, the exercises are just a part of it.

@ haga:

I know how you feel. I've managed to be multi-orgasmic several times, although not reliably. I've only had one non-ejaculatory orgasm, which was pretty awesome. I think a big part of it is believing you are able to multi-orgasm. It's like believing you can gain from Penis Enlargement. I feel I'm currently on the verge of a breakthrough, as I've been experimenting with EFT. I'll keep y'all updated.

What's EFT????

Yeah I gave the spinal breathing a break for a week..now I'm gonna hit it hardcore again...

I read in a tantra book that it takes about 6 months to master the method, but I'm not giving up until I get it straight..

It has to eventually come...

ENLARGING YOUR Penis EnlargementNIS

  1. Inhale through you nose into your throat and then swallow this bubble of air, pressing it down into your stomach. (It should not stay in your chest.)
  2. Imagine this breath as a ball of energy, chi, which you want to push down from your stomach through your pelvis and out into your penis. This will help you bring more energy to your penis.
  3. Once you have pushed this ball of energy into your penis, use the three middle fingers of your left hand to press the Million-Dollar Point between the anus and scrotum. This will lock the energy into the penis.
  4. Breathe normally while keeping your fingers on the Million-Dollar Point. At the same time, begin the following stretches.
  5. With the right hand, grip your penis and begin rhytHydromaxically pulling it forward and away from your body. Pull six to nine times. Then pull to the right six to nine times. Then pull to the left six to nine times. Finally, pull down six to nine times.
  6. Use your thumb to rub the head of your penis. Rub the penis until it becomes erect. If your are not getting erect, pull some more while you rub, until you have an erection.
  7. Holding the shaft of the penis, circle the penis at its base with your thumb and forefinger and pull forward about an inch. This forces the energy to the head of your penis. Do this nine times.
  8. Pull the penis to the right with your right hand and rotate the penis in small circles. Do this six to nine times in one direction and then the other, maintaining the outward pressure. Repeat, pulling it to the left and making six to nine small circles in one direction and then the other.
  9. In the final stretch, gently slap your erect penis against your inner right thigh, remembering also to keep pulling outward. Do this six to nine times and then repeat the motion against your inner left thigh.
  10. After completing these stretches, soak your penis in warm water for a minute. This will help your penis absorb the warm (yang) energy and expand.

I like Mantak Chia's book but the instructions like that seem kind of inane to me. All the doing things "nine times" and pushing energy around I think is just placebo. I say this because this evening I finally managed to have a totally non-ejaculatory orgasm. I think I can repeat it, and better yet I think I can explain how I did it.

Edge for about 20 minutes. While you are edging, be kegalling as you go. Focus on squeezing your prostate (feels really good) As you approach orgasm try to kegal into the orgasm. What I mean by this is: don't stimulate yourself manually to be pushed over the edge into orgasm. Instead manually stimulate yourself until you are just on the edge, then kegal... HARD. And hold it. If you use a kegal to push yourself over the edge into orgasm and then hold it, you will feel the orgasmic sensation running from your prostate up your spine. Then you can relax and let your usual orgasmic involuntary contractions happen. But this time there will be no ejaculation... and you'll stay hard. Rinse, repeat :)

I'm gonna give it a shot today, and I'll let you know how it went...

Thanks for posting that Threak! It is actually more specific than I had expected. I know there is a lot of other mind/body stuff associated with his teachings which is why I hadn't expected something so specific. From what I read, mostly stretches flaccid and erect and channeling energy into your shaft (visualization) and warm down.

Which book did this come from? I'd like to read more about the technique and the philosophy surrounding it.

Didn't work for me yesterday...I'm gonna give it a shot again today...

Either I'm not doing this multiorgasmic shit properly or it just doesn't work on me...

Million dollar point? Pretty good name:)

Funny thing about "placebo", the very self-same doctors who tell you that things like meditation, visualization, prayer or, say, lucid dreaming have no effect whatsoever on physiologic processes, will, in the same breath warn you of the "oh-so-real" threat of psychosomatic illnesses.

So, according to modern medical "wisdom" one can make oneself sick by thinking themselves sick...but one cannot therefore recover (from a self induced condition) by thinking oneself well.

Yet when an "alternative treatment" is dispensed; color, sound, aromatherapy, herbal medicine, massage, etc. and has actual, measurable, tangible effects on the health and well-being of an individual these, docs will consistently dismiss these treatment with the disparaging term "placebo effect".

So: you can think yourself sick-but not well. But if you do get well, in a manner they don't officially recognize, it's just because you believed you would get well.

Somewhat of a schizo- view of things I'd say.
Luckily even western medicine is coming (albeit slowly) to the realization that there really is nothing physical in a physical body; simply ever changing levels of energy.
