Just made a new profile because my old one was not signing in. This routine took 45 minutes and I could defiantly feel it, I also took the time to warm up and warm back down. Along with this routine which I am planing to do 7 days a week, which leads me to my first question for some one just starting out is 7 days a week with this routine too much, even if done properly? Going along with this program I just got my size genetics today and it is incredibly comfortable and I set it at a inch and a half above my flaccid length, my goal with the size genetics is to average 8 hours a day 7 days a week, And the way my routine is set is that I do my Penis Enlargement exercises first like i did today and than i plan on wear the device for around 8 hours after, taking it off every 2 to 3 hours for going to the bathroom/checking that it is not to tight, which is my second question is 8 hours a day 7 days a week to much for just a beginner like me? I am currently 20 years old 6'2 204 pounds (i use to be 265 pounds) and I am now lifting and doing cardio 5 to 6 days a week, and have an amazing new diet compromised of vegetables, lean proteins, fruits, and grains, with everything like candy, soda, junk food, etc... cut out. A side note is I stopped smoking 32 days ago (not cigarettes or hookah), and i also stopped drinking 2 weeks ago and will continue to not do so. With all of this in mind does anyone else have any advice on how to better improve my size genetics, nutrition, lifestyle, or Penis Enlargement routine in any way in order to get the maximum results in a some what timely matter with what i have. Any advice would be appreciated!

You should ease into your routine but progress to 7 days a week when you feel ready. You have to take the SG off every hour and recirculate blood flow by massaging your penis and doing some basic stretches fro the newbie routine (especially BTC stretches). Then you can put it back on if your dick can handle more time in it. Remember that you don't want to rush anything and wind up hurting yourself. You should also do the newbie routine. AFter the length portion is when you should strap on the SG (but you can do it anytime if you like) as this is the optimal time for doing so. Sounds like you're doing good with the lifestyle changes.

By the way, what's your girth?

Thanks I probably would benefit more by taking a couple days off or reducing my times at least to start and than can gradually add more every couple of weeks, I dont know my girth and don't really care to much about it, I know through a good Penis Enlargement routine it can be increased pretty well though. I have been doing exercises the past three days so I think I will take tomorrow off and just wear the size genetics for 4 hours.
 
Yeah, hepcats right. You'd be wise to work up in time in the SG a little more each day. Check out the newbie routine and SRT from Dld's sig.
Add a new tool to your set every month or two.

Maybe lock hang for when you're out at work.

Get penomet to expand tissues which you then stretch manually then ADS with SG for a super super set.

The SG can be used with high tension for active stretching, and for healing post Penis Enlargement routine to hold that stretched length. Like daily cementing, kinda. Srt is all about that.

And BTC is the best stretch, followed by rotaries, so get used to them ASAP.
