I pumped tonight with the bath mate 6 sets, when I got done, my after pump girth was 6 inches, that is a INCH gain in girth, I could not believe it, man what a monster hanging between my legs, my spouse was on the computer when I got out the tub, needless to say she stopped what she was doing, and I ended up ravaging her , lets just say it was so good she could not get enough. It's crazy how powerful of a tool the bathmate is! I started using my wine vac again since I'm finally getting used to being in the phallosan for 10 hours a day and I had a similar "whoa" moment. I couldn't even touch fingers when I wrapped my hand around it, which means 6 1/4+! That's 3/4" or more expansion for me, awesome stuff! If you can maintain that kind of expansion gains will come fairly quickly, I suggest using a cock ring after for at least a few hours, you will notice girth hanging around longer.

Are the gains really GAINS though? Seems like pumping does not alter the penis inside of the tunica. For me it only draws fluids outside the tunica for a temporary squishy feeling gain... which I'd gone the next day.

Temporary gains lead to permanent gains. As girth expands with each session so does the Tunica. As the Tunica is slowly stretched permanent girth is established. It is a process that will repeat itself until you get to your goals.

@ThatDude512, What's your experience with the PHALLOSAN forte. I recently got the XL bell, so now I can finally use it. But is it worth it, to have your penis in plastic all day long? Just looking for some experience report from the PHALLOSAN forte.

After using the length master, you can wear your Phallosan Forte at max tension. The tension of the Phallosan is not extreme unlike the SiliStretcher so I think wearing the Phallosan at max tension can still serve as some sort of passive PE.

I didn't use the SiliStretcher, I sold it. I used only the length master and ace bandage for wrapping. I cannot spend more than 1 hour daily doing length work. It makes me feel drained so I sold it.
