So my routine is just a low grip length master btc stretch and straight down stretch 30 sec each way 3 sets takes me about 10 min but I pull very hard. When I'm done I'm too sore for really anything else I really pull that hard. But do I need to add anything else?

mm i think itd be much better if you try the newbie stretchings,n you will get great results,but i think you have to start whit less intensity n start to increase intensity when you feel you can stretch harder.
 
30 minutes...yeah you can add more but see how much in gains you can get with just that 1 exercise and 3 sets, after 2 months just add more stretching
 
Very powerful exercise using the LengthMaster behind the cheeks at a low point. I think this will bring extremely good internal gains being brought outward. But, in this routine, you are only hitting one angle of stretch. I would include multi-angle stretching also. The Newbie Stretches all can be done using the LengthMaster.
