After initial gains, how much more could I gain in 6-12 months?

Yes because your no longer stretching the ligs your focusing more on the penis which is difficult to gain from more so

Will gains be slow after initial gains?

Not at all the only obstacle is the mind and the limits we set. I say this with knowledge because I too suffer from this mental barrier. I had the block at 9" and at 10" and now I have it with the 11" mark because I feel in my heart, still with prejudice, that achieving 11 is really possible, but, with great practice and many prayers and mantras I will overcome even this mark. I guess the Foot mark will be the biggest of all the barriers I have tried to tackle. Girth-wise the same applies, many guys find numbers to be confounding. A smaller guy may see 7" as impossible while one that is 9" will feel that way about ten. So the first thing anyone must do is set a goal that they believe in and I will structure this in an example for myself.

Let me say that my ultimate goal is 12" x 7" cemented. So today I am one and a half inches off in length and a quarter inch off in girth. So how do I set this up in a real structure that is attainable? Lets look at it:

1. Set the MAIN goal and keep it in the back of your mind. The goal in this example is 12 x 7.

2. Set smaller goals that are easily attainable. I like a quarter inch per 2 months in length and a quarter inch of girth in 6 months as girth is harder for me than length.

3. Create a Progress Thread giving all information pertinent to us helping you. SRT is my progress thread but there are 100's of other progress threads in the ROUTINE SECTION. A routine/progress thread serves you in many ways. First, it allows us to critique your plan of attack. It also allows us to answer any questions and concerns you may have. In the future it works as an overview of progress to see clearly what worked and what did not. Finally, the altruism of allowing newer Brothers to learn from you brings your gains even quicker because we are rewarded by the Almighty for helping our Brothers.

4. Always keep progress progressive in intensity and exercise. If a routine starts to slow in gains it is time to either revamp that routine by upping the intensity or time or maybe even right a whole new routine.

5. Believe Believe Believe! Believing is essential to gaining.

6. Most importantly, when you do gain give praise to God for you have been given your hearts desire!
