Did anyone tackle this without medicine?

Guys who do not have it and wanna be smart asses with meditation and positive thinking crap stay out, i want to hear from guys who have this kind of problem!

I have it.... and NEED medicine. Without medication i would be failing in school instead of pulling A's and B's. I have the attention span of a 2yr old unfortunately....I am actually worried that being prescribed to adderall is going to affect my Penis Enlargement sessions as this is known to cause poor blood circulation/ Penis shrinkage/ Difficulty getting erect all while on it. I don't take it everyday, maybe 3-4days in a row about every 2 weeks (only for tests). Im praying this is not going to prevent gains, as i would hate to be busting my ass for nothing.

So there is no mind exercises or trying to lengthen the time of attention span by will power, or when you have it, it is a medical condition and only drugs help?

I don't use drugs and mine is pretty subtle. When I was in school though, I hated it and failed miserably, because of it.

i feel you same with me...
I hate sitting still and having to do repetitious stuff, i just gives me a nervous feeling in my body...

Hey, I do not use drugs and any other drug products.
I hated it and failed miserably.

There is concentration technique that has helped me, but then again I only have add but I still failed at school miserably, but up until recently I've had this mindset, your brain is tissue, it has the same generic principles as your muscles or penis, and just like your muscles or penis your mind can be trained, but be aware it was until I was out of school that I was able to train my mind, hope this helps

I know this is dredging up an old thread but I was scrolling through and thought I'd ADD my two cents (get it !). I'm the predominantly inattentive type of ADHD with occasional hyperactive boughts. I hate that Adderall mellows you out but it gives me incredible focus. Additionally, I have worried that this would hinder my gains. When I began the drug, it did for roughly a month before my body became used to the dosage and my erections came back to normal. Each time I upped a dose, it took a month for my body to acclimate to it. Once I did, it came back to normal. I noticed that recently, while using generic Zoloft in addition to Adderall my erections have been pretty weak and inconsistent. It sucks because I've been pretty diligent with Penis Enlargement despite my in ability to post updates :( In short, if you are worried about it affecting your erections, it will but not substantially. You can always take Viagra or L-Arginine or and Amino Acid complex to get some Nitrogen pumping in your system. I'd keep Viagra out til the last resort. That's what I'm thinking about soon...

As for mitigating ADD/ADHD symptoms, one other particular thing that helps strengthen your brain and mind is meditation. Mindfulness meditation has been shown in numerous studies to help increased grey and white matter ( dendrites and neurons for all you science geeks out there) with some of the more well published studies on Mindfulness meditation are coming from Harvard. Combining these techniques I learned from Howard Zinn's book, one of the researchers at Harvard who pioneered this research, I've also learned the "pipe breathing" technique from the Eiriu Eolas mediation series. This all may be a bit new age for you all but this practice, 15-20 minutes before I go to bed helps me to relax and focus on myself, my thoughts and resolve other distractions and negative emotions that I encountered throughout the day.

Check those things out and let me know how it works. It's hard to set aside some time but once you do and get into the habit of it, you'll notice benefits from it in less than 3 weeks. 2 months later you're anxiety will less and your recall will boost if you're consistent with the exercises and application.

I took the long, 6+ hour test for it... and that was like 8 months ago and still haven't remembered to go get my results... I'm thinking that's a bad indicator.

WOw I was convinced this was a ADS thread, not an ADD thread:)

For me, I like using Passionflower which helps calm the mind and is good for sleeping at night with a racing mind. Also, magnesium and a homeopathic formula from a company called Vaxa International.
They have an ADHD/ADD kit that was formulated by a Medical Dr. and he is alos a Naturopathic Dr. The kit contains 3 products and each one can be purchased individually if one does not need all 3.
There are other natural remedies but these are the ones that I have used with success.
