Hey guys,ive received comments that said its nice to focus on length if thats your objective,since im doing a newb routine(warm up,stretches jelq,v-jelq,ball stretch,warm down),what im doing is replacing the v-jelq for BTC stretches,i switched from v-jelqs due to me having problems doing them with foreskin,and fowfers are a great length exercise,so do you guys think thats a good idea?,would replacing v-jelq bring consequences?,thanks!
