Alright, I'm going to start back up on a length routine, but I've noticed that with all of my others I've been hitting strictly the ligs. I was just wondering what some of yuor favorite exercises when hitting the tunica is, and do I have to pull it 100x as hard to see any gains?
For my length I always found that basic stretches were the best, I never really felt anything from the Blasters.. Probably were doing them wrong or something?
