I was super busy yesterday so I took an unscheduled day off. I've been doing a lot of girth work for a month now - really, an unprecedented level of dedication for me - and get great expansion, though all it takes is one day off for the girth to return to what it was to start.

Anyway, obviously I've been putting an awful lot of stress on my PCs, especially during clamping, and doing lots of kegels. This has made a major difference in sex (and holding in a piss in an hour of traffic!) and is definitely a change for the better, even though I know I could still be much stronger there.

So last night I went to bed, thinking maybe I'd arouse myself and do a few squeezes or something, just to make it so the day wasn't a total loss. But I wasn't really able to get anything going. Wasn't in the mood. And it occurred to me - I hadn't had an erection at all for the entire day. Including in the morning.

So it made me wonder... I'm quite sure there's nothing wrong with me, since I have other days where I'm hard all day long (I have started to make those into 2-a-day workout days, actually. Including the day before yesterday). But could yesterday have been a sign that maybe my PC muscles were just worn out? After a noticeable change in amount dripped post-pee and in ejaculation distance/control in the first two weeks of Penis Enlargement, I have also noticed it changing back (more dripping, less/no distance) in the last week or so. Surely that's PC-related.

I know that the penis can be trained every day and we need to treat it differently since it's not muscle... but the PCs ARE muscles.

Should we maybe consider giving them days off for recovery the way we would with the muscles we work out in the gym? Is it possible that that's what accounted for my relative lack of blood flow yesterday? (FWIW My flaccid hang was OK... seemed a little thin but it never turtled up or anything.)

Just wondering... seems like it might make a bit of sense, but wondered what people with years of experience though.

YES. Overtraining is definately possible with Penis Enlargement. It's an individual thing. Some people can train intensely every day and never experience over training (like DLD) while others may find the same frequency too taxing. If you focus on a harder penis as a result from exercising then a larger penis should follow.

I posted elsehere here on MOS overtraining symptons and healthy symptons. Take some time off until you are able to get healthy erections again and then start again with either a lighter routine, or a 1 day on/1off structure. You can build up on intensity and frequency as you progress. I have to admit that I'm not a huge gainer, however from years of research and Penis Enlargement practice I can tell you that this principle is consistent throughout.

In the beginning there can be eq issues, mainly because the penis is not used to the intensity and fatigue sets in. This, of course, is temporary and eventually happens less and less. Keep training hard and definitely work those kegels everyday, this will ensure harder, stronger erections.

I don't know if I'd actually call it an EQ issue though. Two weeks ago I definitely had that. I'm pretty confident that if my mind was really focused I'd have gotten hard no problem. I just wasn't focused. (Remember, I was busy, so it's not like I was settling in to the bath with a naked people movies on the laptop.) The lack of random mid-day erections is what made me wonder if the PCs were tired. Again, cause I wouldn't bench press every day... those muscles need to recover. So I wonder if the PCs are the same way. Seems like most people here assume they're OK with high volume work every day. But what if they're not?

Everyone is different so if you find your routine is too much or causing issues I would suggest cutting it back a bit. Sporadic erections throughout the day has little to do with Penis Enlargement. I take Performer5 and I have erection throughout the day but when not taking I only get wood when I am trying to get wood:)

So DLD from your perspective can taking rest days do any harm or impede progress?
