I was super busy yesterday so I took an unscheduled day off. I've been doing a lot of girth work for a month now - really, an unprecedented level of dedication for me - and get great expansion, though all it takes is one day off for the girth to return to what it was to start.
Anyway, obviously I've been putting an awful lot of stress on my PCs, especially during clamping, and doing lots of kegels. This has made a major difference in sex (and holding in a piss in an hour of traffic!) and is definitely a change for the better, even though I know I could still be much stronger there.
So last night I went to bed, thinking maybe I'd arouse myself and do a few squeezes or something, just to make it so the day wasn't a total loss. But I wasn't really able to get anything going. Wasn't in the mood. And it occurred to me - I hadn't had an erection at all for the entire day. Including in the morning.
So it made me wonder... I'm quite sure there's nothing wrong with me, since I have other days where I'm hard all day long (I have started to make those into 2-a-day workout days, actually. Including the day before yesterday). But could yesterday have been a sign that maybe my PC muscles were just worn out? After a noticeable change in amount dripped post-pee and in ejaculation distance/control in the first two weeks of Penis Enlargement, I have also noticed it changing back (more dripping, less/no distance) in the last week or so. Surely that's PC-related.
I know that the penis can be trained every day and we need to treat it differently since it's not muscle... but the PCs ARE muscles.
Should we maybe consider giving them days off for recovery the way we would with the muscles we work out in the gym? Is it possible that that's what accounted for my relative lack of blood flow yesterday? (FWIW My flaccid hang was OK... seemed a little thin but it never turtled up or anything.)
Just wondering... seems like it might make a bit of sense, but wondered what people with years of experience though.
