Gained another .25" since I last posted, I now know what it feels like when my dick grows. Dick mind connection. I haven't been training consistently I make my dick sore and I let it heal in an extended state, sometimes it takes 3 hours of PF to make it sore sometimes 12+ when I get sore I stop. Steady gaining 1/16th of an inch a week.

Those Expressive Stretches are smart since your head is injured, this will in no way effect the healing. Some men never get stretch marks, I only had one and it is on the underside of my penis. I measure once a week to make sure i'm hitting my goal of 1/16th of an inch a week, I think this stops the whole mindset of gains will come slower over time. If I dont hit my goal of 1/16" a week then ill just up the intensity to make sure I hit that goal.

Wow, well I was expecting gains because your workout is beast! I like your approach to gains and training, making a very short term goal and then reevaluating your work, very smart.

So many wish this about others and themselves (including me) So many are too insecure to take photos in the beginning for fear of ridicule or privacy. Soon after they start gaining and they see that they are making awesome progress they start to wish they had taken pictures. And them when they get big enough to gave confidence in themselves to take pictures it is too late for proof, as the original pictures were never taken. I made this mistake. I started at 6.5 x 4.75 but I was just to timid to take pictures until I hit 8.5" x 5"....if I had pictures from beginning to now it would have a made a huge difference in inspiring others plus it would be awesome to see what I was prior to PE.

Been treating it with bacatracin, when its done doing its do I will hit it up with the hydrocortizone. Hoping there wont be any desensitization or scarring, will let guys know.
Its not completely healed up yet but I will resume [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words] stretches within the day. I gained 1/16" since taking a break from PE this week, and here I was thinking I was going to lose them because I gained so quickly.

I hope there will be no scaring too, I will pray that there is none. It is so risky to pop a blister because of the scaring. Use a lot of Bacitracin as it heals, this is your best defense against scaring. It should heal rather quickly too, about 4-5 days.
 
Been two weeks since I popped this blister, its healing but not at the rate id like it to. Im afraid this break will turn into three weeks.
I try stretching but my head gets filled with blood and alot of pressure is on the wound which forces me to stop.

That is the reason we do not pop them. Sorry for the time out, you will not lose anything that will not come back immediately upon restarting. DO NOT WORRY! In the mean time work on Kegels and other exercises that do not interfere with the injury. Get some Bacitracin and keep you dick covered all day, everyday until healed.

Exactly, one is good and the other not so much. With a good workout, especially as a newbie, expect dull pain at the base of your penis, the sides, and sometimes the head. This usually goes away for most but some will experience this with every routine change. It is a good indicator that you are hitting the right spot.

Yup, many men miss the soreness as they progress and it goes away. They make an association that the soreness means gains. That is not the case, for most men they will never feel soreness again after their first month of so.

Like I have said earlier on another thread, I only feel soreness when I start a new routine. I will start doing Mandingo stretches by 14th of July.

I feel sore during my length workout only but once the workout is done, I don't feel sore anymore. The stretch with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]length master[/words] is never comfortable.

I feel like most of my soreness comes from gripping and trauma to the head of my dick from such a hard grip to get a hard pull. Not sure that’s good :/
