slicNICK I'm not advanced at all. I started Penis Enlargement-ing 26.10.2004 and since then I've gained 0.5" in length and 0.1" in girth (never focused on it though) doing phase 1 exercises. It's the best routine for newbies and I strongly recommend it.
I love the Phase 1 routine and I go back and do it a few times a month. There is something about getting back to basics that kind of inspires me. It is like getting to reset everything and start again. The stretching portion is so thorough and when I am through it feels like I hit every possible angle. I mainly do dry exercise now as far as my girth goes but I wet jelq once a week and I am never disappointed.

during 6 weeks of phase one I basically got all the length gains I have now. .75 inches in length. But I got maybe .1 inches in girth. Since then I've been lazy w/ length

in the first two months i gained about half an inch erect lenght and roughly a quarter inch girth (due to some for newbies unrecommended techniques *g*)
