I have been doing DLD's starter stretching routine, (all directions, 3 sets, 30 seconds/direction) I usually do not have time to do the jelq session, but i always warm up and warm down and kegel. Will I get the desired LENGTH gains I want by doing the stretching daily without the jelq?
Additionally I have been doing the stretching routine for some time without much gain. WHen do i know its time to move on to a more intermediate routine?
