I have been doing DLD's starter stretching routine, (all directions, 3 sets, 30 seconds/direction) I usually do not have time to do the jelq session, but i always warm up and warm down and kegel. Will I get the desired LENGTH gains I want by doing the stretching daily without the jelq?

Additionally I have been doing the stretching routine for some time without much gain. WHen do i know its time to move on to a more intermediate routine?
 
Give us a break down of what you do and for how long. Also, exactly how long you have been doing it for.

And a tip for you: taking 45-60 minutes out of your day to do the routines is what your going to need to really see any gains. You need to find time to workout and do the routines. Weightlifters dont just do one set of curls and expect to see massive changes in their bodies, it takes a complete workout. Like everyone always says here, either wake up earlier or go to bed a little later- either way you gotta find time if you want a bigger dick.

Good advice. I'd say do the entire routine as well.

You probably would see length gains doing just the stretches but they wouldn't be as much as if you did the entire routine. I say do the smart thing and work your way through the phases.
 
I agree with the responses here - got some good guys on this forum.

Stretching the ligs can be very hard for some which is why I recommend doing the whole routine also. People who can't gain from lig stretching benefit from stretching the actual penis.

By doing jelqs and higher angle stretches together, you encourage growth in many areas of your dick such as the Tunica Albuginea which is a cylindrical sheath of flexible tissue under the shaft-skin. This encloses the corpora cavernosa and spongiosum which also increase in volume from jelqing.

Straight Down Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds

Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds

I think part of my problem also is with my grip, i can rarely focus on stretching to the max because my hands are in such immense pain as Im stretching.

I've been doing the routine off and on all summer. I am going to motivate and do my excercises on a consistant basis from now on. Thanks again.
 
My suggestion to you is this: if your hands hurt while doing the stretches, just dont hold them for the full 30 seconds, at least for now. Instead of 1 30 sec. stretch do 2 15 sec. stretches. Breaking them up should allow your hands to rest if you switch between them.

Also, try to add in some jelqing here and there, maybe 20-30 minutes a day. This is an integral part of the whole Penis Enlargement program and you really shouldnt skip over it.

The main thing is- get motivated! Look at all of us that have made gains and know that if you work at this you too can enjoy the same success.

Disagree!!! You don't have to do that much to make gains, and shouldn't do that much at first either.
 
I've gained .75" just stretching 30-45 minutes a day in over 6 months. 5 days on two off. Now my routine is less organized so I can't say what 9 months would have got me on that strict routine.

sucks schedules are one of teh biggest prolems with peing.
