Stretching or girth work? Personally I have always stretched first due to all the lotion from the girth work making it impossible for me to get a good grip. Starting a new routine after almost a year off. Want to keep my mind open to all sorts of stuff so let me know your preference and what you think. Thanks in advance for any input guys.
 
interesting approach I was thinking of giving the reverse a try. I did girth before length today and it helped keep erections away but felt hard to stretch because of the pump.

My reason for doing it like that is that if I do girthwork in the morning and overdo it a little, I may find myself in trouble later that night if my girlfriend wants to have sex and my dick is all purple and messed up! We have sex probably 2-3 times a week so sometimes after sex I'll workout, but usually I use those as my rest days from girthwork and just stretch and jelq a little bit.
 
Here's my take: it doesn't matter, and here's why both are good. Stretching first makes it so you wang is limber and hangin well then girth to seal it off sends it out long and thick, great, right? Girth first makes length a little harder cuz of the pump to try and do length after girth *BUT* pulling through it while all the blood is there has gotta be a good thing. I'm a firm believer in doing both as much as you can intermixed, I think it encourages your "skin balloon" to expand and to grow in it's entirety which is what we're all after......a longer thicker penis. Now back to work lol
