EG: 6.25 inches isn't to thick? Can most women handle that girth?

I'm 6.5 at the base and my wife doesn't have any problem with it. I was 5.5 mid-shaft before and 6.0 mid-shaft now and I know all but one past girlfriend had trouble with it at first but they got used to it (at 5.5 mid-shaft, 6.0 base). My wife had no problems with the extra half inch of girth (from 5.5 to 6.0 mid-shaft, 6.0 to 6.5 base). Maybe I'm blessed that she has no lubrication problems.

I know my wife can't.. I'm between 5.3 and 5.5 and she complains, but larger at the base. She gives me a hard time about doing PE so I do PE in moderation now.

PE can be a way to keep your penis healthy, if you do a maintenance program, you should not risk increase size. Just keep it healthy.
