Hi, I finally have a job lined up and I will soon be ready to buy the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]length master[/words], and maybe a good pump in the future. I would also like to know what supplements are best for Penis Enlargement and why? I heard that Nutrilite makes one of the best multi's out there but you have to order them online.

1. Please give me a complete vitamin list and tell me which ones are most important and when's the best time to take them?
2. If you could take only one supplement for Penis Enlargement which one would you take?
3. Btw this is what I have in my fridge now. Are any of these unnecessary?

-Kirkland Multivitamin
-Fish Oil
-Vitamin D
-Vitamin C
-Bioton
- Magnesium,Zinc,Calcium all in one pill
- Animal pack

L-arginine helps with blood flow,zinc will help you with testesteron(but can make you very nervous and aggresive),magnesium it's good for ligaments.vitamin c it's good for everything,vitamin e it's good also and jogging is the best.
 
I have only used 3 supplements for Penis Enlargement, The [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Titan[/words] Pills, the MaleEdge and Performa5. I have also used Viagra to aid in erections during girth. The [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Titan[/words] and MaleEdge are about the same, stronger erections, better flaccid hang, easier to keep erections during girth work. The Performa5 five brings much bigger loads. I tried these for about 2 months. The Viagra does it's job perfectly every time.
 
I love that Animal Pak, not so much for Penis Enlargement, but general health and BB. It is great stuff.
Just got some Animal Cuts, not so impressed with it. It makes me kind of sick at the stomach.
I can feel it having some effect on my body, but damn the stomach afterwards.
Anyway, back to topic.
I tried Hot Plants, did not like it at all, bad side effects.

I just got it and have used it twice so far.I definetly feel the stretch and could only stay in for 40 minutes.
Is it working for you? How long are you in it each day and how much tension you use?

If you are using daily for at least an hour at good tension you will gain. This tool and others like it have been successful for many men. I posted a few very good [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] threads HERE.
 
I take the 5 G's mentioned on pegym.com (ginseng, ginkgo biloba, garlic, ginger, green tea), but then a GNC mega men's sport multi, and I am going to begin taking ZMA. Just took my first dose last night.

I never take calcium..I don't drink milk, but I do eat cheese. Should I start taking an individual calcium supplement or is whats in the multi good enough. I am 29.

I suggest taking a supplement, I know when I am lacking in the milk department I feel week.

If you do eat cheese, you do take calcium, most types of cheeses have like 600-800mg of calcium per 100g of cheese. ZMA is pretty much waste of money.
 
Thanks DLD! When I use the stretcher I feel a great stretch along my penis and is much different feeling then the stretch I feel when doing [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] hardcore stretches.

With HCS you are training internal penis, the feeling of stress and fatigue is at a different place than when doing shaft stretching like manual or extending.
