What girth exercise brings YOU expansion the quickest?

Im not talking about cemented gains ,
im talking about during a girth session wich exercises bring you the most expansion the quickest?

for me, its exercises like uli's , and other compression variations!:P

i just thought it would be cool to see what works best for different people!
 
Since I started base clamping, I've experienced significant girth expansion greater than pumping alone. clamping after pumping is even more awesome for quick girth gains.
