Me personally, I've gained .5-.6" of girth, and it totally reshaped my tool! I feel this is BY FAR the best Penis Enlargement exercise for it gives massive girth gains(if done consistantly) and can also help with length too! I think you should read the success stories post by "DLD". There's also RedZulu2003 (in my eyes "THE GIRTH MASTER" who has saved posts in his sig that I've been studing and would say that aftter you are past NUBBIE stage, you HAVEE TO look into, cuz I swear this guy along with DLD are penis gods( yeah I said it! Thanks for ur time fellas). Last but not least, jelqing has helped me with staying power which is another great bonus.
Most guys start with jelqing and make great gains...some guys stick with jelqing and continue to make gains up to their goal size. In some cases guys will need a more intense exercise to push forward with gains. Exercises like Slow Squash Jelqs, Supra Slammers, Bends, Ulis, etc. are more advanced jelq techniques. I gained about a half inch with jelqing and gained the remainder with more advanced exercises.
