there is people who believe you can't get fit unless you are on steroids aswell.

Surgery should never be done unless it is vital to ones health. PE surgery is the biggest scam going and an expensive one too. Natural PE not only works but can bring amazing results not possible any other way. Look at me and what I accomplished, no doctor in the world could have given me this.

Surgery cannot give the same result like PE does. You will get larger with PE.
