Do you think if one plants his own weed naturally and then pluck out some of the leaf and allow them to dry up, those dried up leaf would be good for smoking? No chemicals in those.

Leaves don't have same THC concentration you are looking for, but can be enjoyable. As long as you make sure to grow the plants with cares, then no worries for the unwanted chemicals.
