Hello everyone! My first post in this forum.

I have weak erection. Angle is 3 or 4 o clock [good erection angle is I think 2 o clock]. While erected, when I tighten my pelvic floor muscles, then I can rise my penis very short time to a 2 o clock angle. Like a flow of blood to penis is not good enough to achieve total erection. And erections don't last long. Morning erections, if I have one, are weak also.


Coupe of days I have done Kegels. My routine:

Tighten for 10 sec, rest 10 sec, 10 quick tightening [about 1 sec each]

I do this 10 times in a row, 5 times daily [total 500 long and 500 short in a day].​


I am 27 years old, for years I watch adult entertainment and masturbate almost daily [couple of hours in a day].

Do Kegels help me? If yes, how long it takes to see any results? Right now my erection is totally below average.
 
Stop the adult entertainment and masturbating for a few weeks. Get good exercise and good sleep. Do you use drugs (this includes caffiene, tobacco and alcohol)?
 
Yes, I started smoking cigarettes again, but I did not smoke 2,5 years and back then erection was not better. No coffee, no alcohol.
 
Welcome to the forum juha! I believe many things can contribute to weak erections, but at your age I don't think it should be something you should have a problem with. With that said I know where your coming from...I used to have some pretty weak erections here and there and I am only turning 21. My advice to you is to stop masturbating for a good while...I used to do it very frequently(every/every other) and I noticed after I did my penis would actually get rather smaller than normal. Ever since I stopped that and started Penis Enlargement my flaccid is bigger and my erections are firmer(still aren't were they COULD be) And my habits aren't very good...I smoke, overweight, and not the best eating habits...which all, im sure, hurt my erection strength. Cigarettes are my biggest battle, I've only bought one pack this last week though.

I would guess that you are just burnt out from too much wanking and adult entertainment. Listen to your body. Once your system is back in balance you will know.
 
welcome to the forums juha! listen to these guys, they know what they are talkin about. try to cut down on the smokes and other unhealty stuff. also try to cut back on the adult entertainment, that shit can mess up a person if it becomes an addiction. take care and good luck on your Penis Enlargement journey.

How effective is Kegel? Firstly, I want to achieve good erection, but if Kegel makes my penis bigger, this is a very good bonus. :) I think this is only place on the planet, where [male] users have experience with Kegel. rofl And my exercise routine, is this good?
 
Do a solid routine that includes girth, length and PC work and your erections will come back stronger than a 14 year old.
 
Yeah i had to cut back on my adult entertainment as well ...but now when i DO watch it about once a week and i start masturbating i never let my self finish until my girl gets home...and if you don't have a girl see how long you can hold out....with me the longer i hold out the harder i am next play time :)

BTW kegels help too

I agree with this completely, I have never been as hard as when I was consistently doing Penis Enlargement routines.

Actually, I kinda have the same problem. I'm 22 and my erection size has decreased significantly since when I was like 15 or so, but I was for sure a daily beater prolly almost a fiend.. So, naturally, to restore my glory I figured that not beating it would be the cure -- false.. Although I've only been exercising for 1 1/2 months Penis Enlargement has helped me somewhat, same with the kegels. I am thinkin that its maybe a hormone imbalance?? Does anyone have any knowledge on that? Has anyone taken testosterone pills??

I experience the same thing too. If I am training my erections are on hard but with a lack of training comes mediocre erections.
