I have been useing Olive Oil for awhile now on my skin incl my face.
This is the cooking olive oil you get but it has to be either virgin or extra virgin.
Already I notice a better complexion and less fine lines. The stuff has helped me tan better too.

A great cheap skin care product that is natural and known around the world for its great health benefits.

Read more here and here

Also makes a great lube for jelqs and sex :)

Olive oil is great stuff....but it is alot known to limit 5 alpha reductase conversion of testosterone to dht.

In other words, olive oil is a dht blocker

Limiting DHT would be good when applied to the hair as too much DHT causes male pattern baldness and prostate problems. I will look into studies on this than and assume the dosages used would have been very large, as the southern nations of Europe who consume this stuff by the gallons both orally and on the skin are anything but lacking in hair and virility [lack of testosterone].

I agree Red.

From all the studying I've done on wieners it seems that DHT is extremely important within the genitals so I've been working on keeping my DHT levels up by using quality trib products and avoiding DHT blockers...once you start searching around it seems that every damned food or supplement is claimed to be a DHT blocker.

Good thing this is part of my home-made body lotion (which is great for jelqing :p). I have plenty of leftover EVOO for my face, since I would never use the body lotion mixture with my pores.

So another words if you have to much DHT you can go bald or start to see your hair on your head to thin?

So by using it on your head if you are bald or have or starting with male pattern baldness its possible to block the DHT and regrow hair? But one would also have to find something to unclog your pores on your head so new hair can grow and develop.

Lets face it all the shampoos out that that aren't organic and made from stuff in nature are filled with things not supposed to be used on our head and skin, chemicals and etc.

If you want to live a healthy lifestyle think about this if you wouldn't eat it why would you put in on your skin?

If you had dry skin would you eat lotion? or if you had a rash would you eat the medicine?

Quick update. I have noticed since useing olive oil on my skin daily several times for the past month or so that my complexion is miles better than it ever was. My skin glows. Fine lines are reduced and it just looks more younger looing, even though I'm only 25. I use extra virgin olive oil.

I have never read it helps with acne or bags under the eyes but I have also had bags under the eyes and they seem ot be going less and less with this stuff, so maybe?

Let me tell you a trick. I know it from girlfreinds who were working in the beuty field, so useful to know. Massage your face cheeks gently with two fingers. Use the olive oil and massage around them. The area below your eyes and around the cheekbone, get those bag areas too.

I do that for about 5 minutes non-stop and notice a good glow from the circulation. I than tap underneath the eyes where the bags are and sometimes fluid in the mornings, to encourage circulation to remove them. You dont need to tap hard with the tips of two of your fingers.

Than rub with olive oil on your hands, again two fingers each hand is best from closest the nose, nearest the corner of the eye going towards the ear. So bringing your fingers across your face underneath your eyes. Sure you have seen women and girls rub stuff on the face? they do it in a certain fashion, well thats why. You need to rub like that otherwise it doesnt work .. dont know why.

Let me know how it goes and purchase virgin or extra virgin olive oil, not the concentrated stuff.

I'm getting comments about how radient and glowing plus the smoothness my face looks since useing Olive Oil.

I have another natural cooking product that I'm going to try this week on my face, this time for fine lines, dark bags under the eyes & fluid underneath the eyes.

Will mention more in another thread on this.

I would like to use Olive oil, but I was thinking if it becomes rancid too quick on room temperature (you know, bad smell, not looking clear)? Or do you keep it in refrigerator?

RED good thread, I been using olive oil since this thread came out on my face and my skin glows now. That gives some extra confidence. It faded away some of my acne scars I have had since about 15 years old. RED said it a good lube but be careful rofl its to good. I edged with it a few time a your unit will become super sensitive with this on it.

Great to read you have had such results. What would the girls say if they knew this little secret? saves tons of money on all them rip-off face creams.

I also rub some Olive oil into my hair when applying gel to it. Heres my method.

1} Wet the hair and dry off so its damp.

2} Apply the Olive oil all over the hair and massage into scalp.

3} Now apply your favoured Gel to the hair and style it.

4} Apply a TINY amount of Olive oil to the tips of your fingers and just go over the edges of the hair. This is for my style as its a more curled-spikey look.

5} You can than spray a SMALL amount of hair spray around the region for extra hold.

Thats it. I find that the Olive oil helps keep the SHINE and the wet look without looking like you have fell into a chip pan [Greasy] unless you apply too much, because you really dont need much at all ... goes along way.

BRILLIANT at keeping the hair healthy looking, radiant, shiny with that wet look in hot weather ... I kid you not when it was like 32 degrees celcius the otherweek my hair usually dries up and looks shitty but with this method it looked GREAT all day and kept its shine and wet look in that humid hot weather.

Olive oil is used allot in Southern Europe on the hair because of the warm climate.

do you not smell a bit like chip fat/salad dressing with all the olive oil?

Just a serious question - thanks for the info though might use it at night on all the excess skin on my belly!

I never find it a problem but yes I do it at night usually and at the moment I'm free allot so I'm not always going near people with it on. I wouldnt think it wise to wear this stuff on your face in the day as it can look greasy, plus if it does run into your eyes it stings like a bitch!

My skin is really smooth though from this and now I'm testing something else natural in a week.

I have been using extra virgin olive oil for the past two weeks for acne. It keeps things to a minimum and gives me a better complexion. Another thing to look at, would be apple cider vinegar. From my finding, it works better than EVoil. I use it non-diluted since I have more tolerance(I have been using quite a bit of stuff <:( ). 1:2 should be good.

For any type of jelqing, I have been switching from EVoil and aloe vera. Aloe vera gives an erection after a while since it allows for my grip on my penile skin(or w/e it's called) and it tingles a bit. EVoil really works more as a good lube, it's very hard to get off once it's on. After a while, it does help with cleanup since it rubs into the skin.

EVoil has no scent for my. ACV on the other hand :P. You either should not go out after applied, or try and dilute/mask it with either water/EVoil. I have done a mixture of ACV and EVoil. It doesn't cause any breakouts for me and no irritation besides tingles. Just make sure to rub EVoil into the skin gradually. Otherwise your face will look very oily. :O

I have yet to try EVoil in my hair since it's shiny to being with. I wont second guess from what I read here though. These two are gems to say the least, very good for skin. Love them household remedies.

I should had quoted this to being with, but it's very true. I use this just before bedtime and sometimes when I wake up throughout the night, it's no where to be seen. I am almost positive it has an absorb time around 4-5hours, or it could just be in my pillow. Speaking of eyestings, I once got Apply cider vinegar into my eye. It was not fun at all, very acidic. I was panicing for a while after it happened. Almost like the day I got a droplet of superglue in my eye.

Looking forward to what you find in your testings. :)

I think it does take that long for it to soak in because in the day when I've done it, takes somewhere like 3-4 hours for it to be gone and fade.

Another method for Oilive Oil on the face for a GREAT face cleanse is this, which my sister told me about.

1] Boil the kettle and pour it into a bowel
2] Rub the Virgin oil all over your face well
3] Grab a towel, throw it over your head and lean over the bowl
4] Stay like this for 10-20 minutes and do it weekly or monthly
5] Once done wash your face with clean water and apply some fresh olive oil to your face or your fav fash cream such as Aloe Vera, Vitamin E cream, E45 etc etc

This will clean out your pores of all the shit into the water and works very well with olive oil because its oil based and this goes into the pores better when they are opened from what I have been told and once inside they flush it out of shit and start to drain out into the bowel.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a great oil for jelqing and even edgeing . also enjoy it on salads with some fresh lemon juice.everyone tells me i have the softest hands and never use hand creme. Also if you get tired of the smell try Extra Virgin Cocoanut Oil .Leaves your cock oh so SOFT great for jelqing edgeing and taking internal . i enjoy putting a teaspoon in my oatmeal or on sweet potatoes yum .

I use grape seed oil for Penis Enlargement and also apply it to my skin to prevent stretch marks when lifting weights however it's also decreased the visibility of my existing scar tissue. I was under the impression that it aided in Penis Enlargement however it's been awhile since I read up on any of this and I can't remember why now, something about PGE2. Either way i also consume at around a table spoon of olive oil a day too.

Have you reduced your dark under eyes? I've had them since I was little kid and have tried under eye cream and stuff but they are still there. Could they go away with olive oil? or have you trried something else that works?

I'm 22 but I still have few pimples now and then, not acne but some pimples. Would olive oil help to get rid of those?

thanks

I know this sounds wierd so just hear me out. I know a chick who does makeup and hair for a nearby regional TV station and she says a little Preparation H reduces puffiness under the eyes. Don't know about dark bags tho.

I have been informed that the darkness under the eyes is the blood vessells constricted and this is more apparent under the eyes with the skin being so thin and delicate.

Been told that cold tea bags work well over the eyes for 20 mins eachday from the freezer until they are the bodies temp and than throw away. Someone told me aswell apple and even potatoe pieces cut and than applied to the eye, like cucumber ... something must be in them that could help .. most likely a vitamin or mineral that some could be lacking that flares this up.

Lastly I have been told that this condition, just like those big fucking pain in the ass bags under the eyes runs in the family, so if your mum & dad suffer badly than you will aswell and its a case of keeping it at bay .. tame the beast if you will, dont worry about it ... I have started to get those bags but they aint bad, my family dont suffer badly from them at all and if I slept better at night it wouldnt be as bad which leads me nicely into the last part .... with adequete rest those fluid bags underneath the eyes or puffiness will start to go away or could be a diet/health issue such as water retention from high sodium intake etc.

1. how do you apply olive oil to your face? using hands, cotton?

2. you you leave it on or wash it right away off or let it be there like 20min and then wash off?

thanks

does it leave your skin oily and greasy looking? I have oily face and it leaves my face more greasy, I use cotton pad to apply oil to my face. did I put too much or what?

Yea it leaves it greasy looking. Only way to prevent this somewhat is to apply less and rub it in gradually. All of it wont absorb that quick and it will take time, but you don't need to put that much on. I cleanse my face before I apply anything and use about a dime sized amount for one side of my face then I do the same with the other. I wouldn't use a cotton pad since you will just be wasting it overtime with it absorbing into the cotton. Just put a few drops in your palm and go at it. Each brand is different, but I find that hand soap really doesn't work all that good for cleaning olive oil from your hands. Try washing it off with bar soap when you are done.

olive oil has been scientifically proven to boost testoserone significantly and also really helps to produce pge 1 which causes erections and penis chamber expansion not to mention the moisture in reatains in ur skin, definitly a vital ingredient in the quest for a larger tool.

i consume half a litre a week of this stuff nearly all my cookin is done using oilive oil

ok, so I've been using olive oil for my face almost week now. I put small amount of it with my hands, but it leaves my skin greasy looking for all day, I have greasy face even without this so I was wondering if I just wear it at bedtime? does it dirrenent effect on my skin? better or worse?

another stupid question: can I eat olive oil raw, straight from bottle? how much would be good daily intake amount? teaspoon, tablespoon?

thanks

I use it just before I sleep and things seem to be just fine. I think if you do any type of physical work during the day that would result in you sweating, then I wouldn't use it. It is really better for dry skin types, hell any oil/moisturizer is. So as far as your face being oily, I guess it's up to you if you want to use it on top of that. Note that your body repairs itself through sleep. So more than likely it would be best to use it at that time. Not too mention having an greasy face sucks. I haven't ran into any cure for a greasy face besides cleansing my face before applying it and using a smaller amount that covers the face, but doesn't cover it too much.

You can drink it. It's just another form of intake rather than cooking with it. Just figure out the daily needed intake and go from there, I think too much will be harmful as all things usually are. You might try adding lemon to help with tastes. Check somewhere else on this since I am not for sure.

do you also put it in your cock&balls? does it have any positive or négative effect on my cum size or taste?

I for one only use it on my face for skin tone and acne related issues. If you have bumps or imperfections on your cock/balls, it could reduce the appearance. Cum size and taste would be a whole different thing. There is probably no topicals out there to have an effect on that. It would have more to do with what you take internally imo, vitamins, food/diet. From what I seen there is somethings to help blood flow, but that's about it.

I have dark under eyes and I thought that does olive oil has any effect on them? should I use it under my eyes or is it dangerous for my sight?

thanks

I mean if olive oil helps blood flow it should work, because dark under eyes is part of bad blood flow in eye are

I rub it underneath my eyes, no problems touch wood. It may help reduce the appearance of dark areas under the eyes but I dont think it will rid it. That stuff for piles is also now aimed at wrinkles and I have been told it helps with those dark areas.

Great to hear. I have also found that Evening Primrose oil & Vitamin E cream has helped with the smoothness of my facial skin.

Your welcome

I do the facial oil treatment once a week and afterwards my face feels just amazeing. SO smooth! I fill a bowl with hot water, grab a towel to put over my head when leaning over the bowel and apply the oil to my face all over.

Than put your head over the hot bowl with the towel on your head and stay put for 15-20 minutes. Once you pop up, wash your face ASAP in COLD water ... no soap or anything else, just cold water and get all the oil off.

This cold water will close your skin pores, which will be open from the heat ... when they were open they absorbed the olive oil inside them, which cleansed all the shit out the pores and did its healthy thing to your skin.

Once you have used cold water I usually apply either Aloa Vera face cream or Cuticura face cream, which has Glycerol & Vitamin E or you can simply leave it at that.

Wow you really know your stuff red... I was going to try this right away but since I only have the reg. olive oil I'm going to wait to get extra virgin olive oil.

Apricot kernel oil soaks into the skin really well. Recommended by the late Hulda Regehr Clark. DMSO and E also soak in. DMSO is usually reserved for carrying other things into and beyond the skin. Add E to apricot kernel oil, walnut oil, avocado oil. Great massage combo too.

I can't quite accept dry brush massage, but I take the shower brush with natural bristles and brush massage my face, chest, back, arms, stomach. The brush is getting soft as it gets wet in the shower. The brush really cleans out pores and stimulates circulation and sweeps away surfaced toxins which the skin may cue you by feeling itchy. As soon as I start brushing I usually feel an itch over my liver that cues me to get toxins away by brushing.

Liver and colon cleansing is good for skin. Sauna is good for skin. Sweating is good.
