Hey guys, I have been doing P.E. now for about a year with decent gains. I started slightly above average at 6.75 x 5.75. After about 6-8months of casually using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] with basic up,down,left,right,out stretching I'm currently at 7.5 x 6. For the last 3-4 months, I have been using my new [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]x40[/words] extreme with pump attachment to try and get some more girth gains. I have been following DLD's routine with 2-3, 5-7minute sets, super setting with [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s in between. So far, I haven't made any significant gains in length or girth. So basically I've hit my first plateau.
My current goal is to reach 8 x 6.25. In my reading, I came across this article which made a lot of sense to me:

I want to give it a shot, but according to the article I should be doing about 80% length work and 20% girth work.(This is assuming the tunica is my limiting factor.) The only stretches I currently do mainly hit the ligaments. I was looking for some stretches that I could focus on that would mainly target my penis tissue (esp. the tunica.)

Is their any manual stretches that target the tunica specifically?
