So im still on my first week Penis Enlargement'in..
No rush. but im doing the DLD [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] at the moment. wud it be ok if i did DLD blasters? or its too early. im not even thinking of clamping yet, i read sum1 got an injury, and i gues it is early for me to do those stuff. (wen can i tho??))/ wat else ya'll sugest i do with the DLD newbie??
Also. while jelqing, wat are u supposed to feel?? if i do the stretches in the morning (with warm up and warm down). If i wana do my jelqs later in the day. i must warm up and warm down again?? i hate warming up/ is there smthn other than a heating pad or hot towel??
Dont need warmups for kegels rite??
 
also. i find it hard to squeese in a kegel for very long =/ i actly even take my stomach in while trying to squeeze the kegel. lol, is that normal??
 
You should stick to the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] for awhile because if you jump ahead to more advanced exercises and don't get injured you will probably miss out on some gains that are made at first. Basically the more you throw at your penis the harder it becomes to make it grow because it adapts to the force. Don't jump ahead, just focus on trying to get a good stretch everytime and as far as jelqing you want to use some force and don't be totally erect. A good semi is perfect, you want to feel the blood being forced to the top. Regular kegals shouldn't make your stomach tighten up, they are just using the muscle that you use to stop yourself when taking a piss. Reverse kegals are using the muscle you use to push out a shit. Both kegals are great to do while jelqing and stretching and just throughout the day. Hope that helped some.
