TO DLD and other 2+ in length gainers

How much of your length gain do you think came from tunica and how much from ligs?

Does Tunica length gain show more nbp than that of lig gains which seem more bp gain?

Side note, i've been slipting up my routine into LIGS, Tunica, and girth different times of the day, Any problem with that?

I am estimating 77% lig and 33% tunica in my case. I am in a unique position to track this due to a birth mark at the base that clearly moved over 2" up my penis. So the balance of my length gain, therefore, came from other than lig gain which is primarily tunica with a very slight adder from the glans.

My total gain to date is 3' from 5 5/8" to 8 5/8". I hang with the wonderful Bib hanger, stretch manually with the DLD moves and a couple of intense moves of my own and I also dry jelk. I use night erections as my guide to intensity. Too many 40 pound hang sessions in a row will start to show in weak erections so I ease up towards the weekend so that I am ready for some fun with my woman. Good luck!

Hard to say, I spent my first year mainly training against my LOT or predominately downward angles resulting in about 2" of length gain. After the introduction of the LOT theory I started taking my tunica more seriously and came up with a slue of new tunica stretches which I used in combination with the lig stretches and this accounts for another 2" of length.

I think NBP gains are effected by both but the real solution to nbp gains is weight loss in the fat pad area. For me that was good for another 1.5" in nbp length.

None at all, dedicating specific times and workouts to particular body penis parts allows me to give full concentration to the exercise at hand. A good saying with anything in life is "1, 2, 3, many"...allow yourself the ability to focus, do not take on too much at once.
