The more I practice P.E., the more I am convinced that I need to follow the natural rhytHydromax of my body and pursue my routines when I'm "flushed" or semi-aroused (not induced by outside stimuli). The days when my dick turtles, (sometimes at a specific time of day), I never seem to get as effective a work-out as during the former.

It's very much like the ten minute hot wrap warm-up I go through before jelqing.
This cyclical thing must have something to do with the release of testesterone in the body. I know first thing in the morning is always a good time because I awake with either a woody or a flushed flaccid, whether I have to pee or not.

I would love to hear other members' take on this.

Penis qigong has some specific prohibitions that can be useful advice for any qigong practice.

1. Watch what you eat very carefully
2. When you wake up in the morning, do not urinate. Instead, exercise to sweat it out.
3. The hours from 11 PM to 1 AM and 11 AM to 1 PM are not good times for exercise, but good only for meditation.

I liken my times of training my penis to the way I train my whole body. I do both according to the times I'm at my "strongest" whether that means I'm feeling exceptionally horny or if I'm just having a good "sexy" day. I've had a few of those sexy feeling days lately and my sessoins have been very very good.

I also think that the use of different techniques breaks up the monotony, just as with conjugated periodization, you choose different methods for a particular day and follow it from anywhere from 1-4 weeks. In my mind there's a huge correlation between CNS boredom with the lifting world and the boredom we experience with the same exercises and methods of Penis Enlargement.

My newest routine consist of a day of pumping for 4-5 sets of 10 minutes each with 100 jelqs in between each set. Then the next day I have been using a series of squeezes such as the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words], ULI squeeze, horse 440, and other permutations there in. So far the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] and the ULI are doing very well, but I'll change it up in a few weeks and see if I can keep this momentum moving forward.
 
I am not totally sure about this , but I think that urine that is already filling your bladder is not available to be " sweat-ed out " by exercise . I mean , at that point , it is urine , and enclosed in your bladder , it is no longer subcutaneous water . I would say be eclectic , like Bruce Lee was , and take the good stuff you can use from these sources , and leave behind that which does not work , or seems wrong .

Excellent advice. Many of these Chinese doctors try to make you think there is magic in what they teach. You cannot sweat out urine, so don't listen to that advice he gave. Even if you could sweat it out, what's the advantage?

Also, as far as what times are good for training depends totally on the individual. For me, I am usually tiredest around 5-6PM, but get a second wind around 6PM. Deep breathing exercises (aka qi gong) are a good thing to do when you are feeling tired (unless what you need is sleep).

I feel perfectly fine during the magical 11-1 time frame, so I often train or work during these times and have no problems. It's an individual preference.

If you are girth training, you need an erection, and if you feel blah and have no yang chi (as the Chinese call it), then do not train girth during that time. If you are hanging or stretching however, it may be a good time to train that as you want to avoid an erection.

I would not think that Master Tu's advise would be wrong this guy is in amazing condition and he is 50 plus he's hanging really really insane amount of weight from his penis can you imagine where that would take u:) just look at the video i posted he pulls a truck with his penis:D this guy is definitely somebody to be look up too.

I want to find out how he attach's the weight to his penis.:)

Personally, Mr. Girthius, it's my firmest belief that this is the point where visualization becomes pivotal. As in; what's your purpose? What are you tryin' to get those weights to do for ya? How do you want your body to respond to the influence? Whenever I take on a big job or a completely new task I try to remember my "4 D's" (with a little modification, of course) of Kenpo:
!. Dedicated...to a goal, belief, purpose
2. Determined...to succeed regardless of the difficulties involved
3. Deliberate...in my approach to and learning from my experiences
and,
4. Deadly... as in; I'm gonna be known as Dangerous Dave and his Dangling Dick of DEATH!
Like I said, slightly modified, but you get the idea.
