The more I practice P.E., the more I am convinced that I need to follow the natural rhytHydromax of my body and pursue my routines when I'm "flushed" or semi-aroused (not induced by outside stimuli). The days when my dick turtles, (sometimes at a specific time of day), I never seem to get as effective a work-out as during the former.
It's very much like the ten minute hot wrap warm-up I go through before jelqing.
This cyclical thing must have something to do with the release of testesterone in the body. I know first thing in the morning is always a good time because I awake with either a woody or a flushed flaccid, whether I have to pee or not.
