this is a theory. for those who take this as solid facts and think it is a statement. read something dld or redzulu made! 
so lately i have been hanging on a lenght size i could not improve on no matter how much force i used (actually god blisters on my cock because of to much force.)
so i went away from lenght for a while. and went on to my girth workout.
now my girth workout goes a little something like this:

so basically:
stretches for lenght.
when lenght are achived in the bpfl. do erection work (also i do a shitload of pc flexes during my girth workouts)
to make bpel and el grow into that new size that you have stretched out..
now this is just something that came to my mind. it made sence. and i wanted to throw it out there. perhaps other people experience it aswell. and perhaps this is a new realization. perhaps this is just a coincidence and its useless info.
