The reason why bpel vs nbpel became bigger with PE

I think i know now why this happens to some including me
While some gain fat and get a bigger difference between the two, some dont but it happens due to lig stretching the result being a lower exit point + saggy pubic skin
Now my question are lig gains actual gains and will i see the hidden length if i tighten the skin with surgery if there is something like that
And to those who have a fat pad of 0.3 or so, how is your exit point
 
i think depending on your anatomy, the ligs at the top can affect your nbp measurement and give you a false idea of your visible length

i too was not too usre on the question. i thought it was about nbp and bp not changing in relation to eachother due to things like loose skin and more prominent ligs, but apparently not
 
Well since i have some loose skin the lig gains can not be seen
My question was do you think they will be visible if i tighten the saggy skin or are lig gains just under the skin thus not visible like tunica gains

depends on a few factors, mainly how much body fat you have. when i do stretches i can see my ligs coming out, and when im erect i can feel the ligs, they are very close to the surface, however i dont have that much body fat
 
Me either, and I could also see my suspensor lig after some weeks of expressive stretching. I usually stretch in other directions though so I can feel the burn round the base, and seein that lig sort of tells me I've been givin it a decent stretch. I also have tons of new skin

usually visible ligs go hand in hand with lig gains

This is the biggest factor for me anyway. When I am at a good weight with no fat pad you can see the ligaments at the base but once I put the weight on again they slowly disappear into the fat pad. Over the past year i have done a lot of expressive stretching so I think that when I lose the weight again they will be even more pronounced.

yeah seems to be the case with alot of guys, youre only gonna see the ligs when body fat is low. no doubt when you lose the weight your ligs will be prominent!

Getting rid of the fat pad has many benefits, but the biggest one for me is how much bigger I look. I can't wait to dump this extra weight I have been carrying for the past 5 months.

Yah I've got a little fatter myself lately. Need to get it in check for max benefit
 
Like i said some have a big fat pad and some dont
I dont have a fat pad and i have visible abs the only problem is the loose skin that i have around the penis

So fill that skin with girth and length!

By increasing the tissue through girth and length work. The bigger you expand the tissue the less skin. I know this to be true because when I would go for an increase I would always pre-stretch the skin to accommodate the new size.

Yes it does, and it gives way to the understanding that with this involuntary increase of space, via the skin expansion, is giving way to your desire for a permanent increase in penis size by gaining the internal tissue that will fill this space. Fat pad is the major problem when it comes to NBP and BP. My penis is very long now but I have a big fat pad.
 
I have been to a place of almost no fat pad and my penis looked like a monster. Getting rid of fat pad is half the battle

I remember when I was 8 inches with very little fat pad. My penis was looking very long. I got a few praises for my size back then.
