Okay, so that title doesn't sound the most poetic in the world, but I totally don't know the name for the stretch where you reach behind your ass and pull your penis behind and up to stretch it.
I've been doing this for a few minutes in the shower every day for about a week now and I feel like I'm getting a good stretch from it - right at the base of my penis it really pulls and I tend to go a bit extreme to the point where it's starting to hurt.
If I simply continue to just use this technique every day, will I eventually grow a bit? I'm just curious if this is one of the better stretches out there, because it sure feels like it. It feels like it's stretching me so should I keep going with this thing?
