I can't believe the 23 year old wanted PE surgery, he looked above average and almost 7 FSL. Not to mention towards the end the doctor says the life-lasting surgery will only produce a 3/8 of an inch in length? I'm thinking this better at least give him 2 inches. I think if you're at least 2-3 inches in EL and have good EQ you can get to the ideal 7-8 inches with PE. It's just not worth the surgery for any type of gain if you have normal EQ and penis build, regardless of size.

This is so fucking true with a majority of women, I have heard this on countless occasions by so many woman in the industry. They preferred a nice looking penis package over a large ugly one. I've heard terms like nice looking penis, clean penis, aesthetically pleasing, etc.

Depends on person judging. Like I always thought too much foreskin looked kind of sloppy myself. Like allot of the opening flaccid penises in this documentary looked kind of sloppy to me..
 
I think it's a few things, like design of penis, EQ, head to shaft proportion, or some unique quality that they like, along those lines.

Wtf is the point of the surgery if you still have to stretch 8 hrs a day. Better off doing it naturally IMO. Also I feel bad for the silicone guy.

The point is so doctors can make $5000 for the surgery. There is no amount of money that will buy you a bigger penis, the investment comes from your commitment to make it happen. If it can make your penis bigger it will be on the forums here, you will not find a thread here that illustrates a successful surgery and we have been here for 11 years. But, you will read of miles of collective penis gained by using our methods we teach.

I'm sure the surgery is acceptable and will get men gains, but for that much money I'd rather buy a bunch of cocaine and stay up for a few weeks straight pulling my dick as hard as possible lmao.

The thing is gains are not made from the surgery, the gains come from doing PE after the surgery. In surgery they clip the suspensory ligaments which allows for easier stretching after the surgery.
