Hello all.

I've been Penis Enlargementing very irregularly for several years. I recently bought a subscription to [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words], and I'm debating the effectiveness of the jelq vs the clamp.

I understand the clamp is almost entirely for girth. How about the jelq? Can it be replaced?

What ever happend to those threads on LOT?

Also, for length, are the program's (mos) stretches preferable? What are some good ways to get length?

One more question! should I do length first (ie reach my length goal, then work on girth) or do both at the same time?

JELQING IS NOT GOOD IT CREATS SCAR TISSUE, CLAMPING IS BEST.

DLD BLASTERS FOR LENGTH GOOD. aLSO DO LENGTH EXCERCISES FOLLOWED BY GIRTH ONES TO PREVENT SCAR TISSUE.
 
that's what i always do. stretch then do the jelquing or girth work. it hurts a lot less and i had most sucess that way. good tip grands
 
jelquing is great for you, think of it as the 'deadlift' or 'squat' of P.E.

dry jelquing has given me a whole inch of girth (and still going)
 
Well when we jelq pge-2 is released which helps growth but since no pge-1 is released then the tissue of the penis does not become flexible because pge-1 is released during normal erection to help the penis expand without injuries or scar tissue as a result of the expansion.

Thats why clamping is great.
 
Jelquing is definitely a good form of Penis Enlargement. It is mainly for girth although some men claim it makes for length gains as well....it's primarily for girth though. When I first began any kind of Penis Enlargement back in late '99, it was with jelqing, and I gained about 1/2" of erect length and girth in my first couple months. That was most likely due to my penis never being exposed to any additional pressures, or stretching before. Clamping is much better for girth, but I highly recommend a guy start with jelqing first to give the penis time to adapt to the very high levels of pressure it will experience from clamping. Jelqing is sort of a 'tempering' type of exercise for the penis.

Lately I have been thinking of jelqing between ballooning sets to utilise pge1 and 2.
 
I totally removed the regular jelqing out of my routine and focused on 30 to 40 minutes of hardcore SSJs, than clamping for 30 minutes. So far, It's WAAAAY better in my opinion of course than regular jelqing.
