I will use my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]hydromax[/words] [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X30[/words] everyday for three 10 minute sessions, 2 in the morning and 1 at night.

I am retired so I have the time to follow a solid program. I do have a family though with young children which does the opposite to the time I can put in.

12/29/14 EDIT: I am now doing penile massage that I saw in a video here before and after stretching sessions. I do just a couple minutes.

Great start to a new progress journal! So happy to see how much time you logged for just one day, you will see gains very quickly with this routine. Lots of time, good intensity, just stay consistent and you will be doing just fine.
 
Nice progress log and you seem to have a great assortment of PE tools. Keep up the good work, but just keep in mind if you start to feel fatigue then address the issue before it gets out of hand. I say that because it seems like you are putting in a lot of hours.

I was thinking at 2000 hours of using the [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]Phallosan[/words]. I saw a guy get results at 1000 hours here and another on PEgym say he did 3500 hours.
