1) 30-35 min of jelquing while doin kegels of and on

2)Stretch Up Straight 30 seconds (with 10 hard kegels during start)
Stretch Up Left 30 seconds (with 10 hard kegels during start)
Stretch Up Right 30 seconds (with 10 hard kegels during start)
20 Upward Cranks

Stretch Straight Forward - 30 seconds (with 10 hard kegels during start)
Stretch Straight Left - 30 seconds (with 10 hard kegels during start)
Stretch Straight Right - 30 seconds (with 10 hard kegels during start)
20 Straight Forward Cranks

Stretch Up Straight 30 seconds (with 10 hard kegels during start)
Stretch Up Left 30 seconds (with 10 hard kegels during start)
Stretch Up Right 30 seconds (with 10 hard kegels during start)
20 Upward Cranks

TOW Stretch Straight Upwards - 30 seconds
TOW Stretch Straight Forward - 30 seconds

I don't know much about the Horse440, but that's one hell of a routine, man. If you can keep that up, you're almost sure to see gains.
 
How do you stretch after you jelq/girth work? That seems impossible to me. I wouldnt be able to stretch after a good girth routine due to like fluid buildup and post workout pump.

i thought i recognised that routine lol... how's it going?

my routine is in my sig but I haven't done any Penis Enlargement (apart from kegels) for like nearly two weeks due to a very hectic start to university...
 
Actually ive just changed up my routine up a little bit now, its about the same though as my last, tell me what you think......

1) Instead of stretching I hang 7 pounds from my penis for 12-15 min
2) Jelq while I kegel of and on for 20-25 min
3) hourse440 20-25 times
4) clamp for 15 minutes
5) Then at night i hang 7 pounds once again for 15 minutes
thats my routine tell me what you think??
 
looks pretty good... stay consistent for a while and monitor it - then make changes if neccessarry. I've found if I keep changing my routine around it's gonna be harder to know where the gains have come from...
