I'm curious as to whether any of you have had (or know anyone that has had) penile enlargement surgery. Any success or horror stories? Good or bad surgeons? Does it work in conjunction with Penis Enlargement? Will your penis point straight down when erect due to ligs being cut? Yea, that BTC guy is a great example of a man with a little guy complex who just became much worse after his surgery experience. He went into a downward spiral, started ripping men off of their surgery deposits (and hanger/product orders), then started lashing out at pretty much everyone.

i could use it more often, if it wasent because my skin gets so sore..

i dont think it is a good idea to do surgury.

they dont make the actual penis any longer, just move the ligaments....if there was a surgery that increased the length of the shaft it would be a whole different story, but since so such thing exists i belive manual stretching or hanging is your best bet to lengthen the actual penis
 
what a shame it is really, i bet there is loads of guys out there that believe surgery is the only answer because they seen it advertised in a glossy magazine, and couldn't possibly believe you could make your dick bigger with good ole fashioned hard work, time, perseverance.

As I said, many men are addicted to the "quick fix" mentality. This is very prominent in the USA where the pop a pill and be good mentality is ever present. Surgery is the ultimate reflection of this line of thought. It is not like natural Penis Enlargement is a secret, I have been promoting free pe for years now, it is more that men do not want to work for it. It is odd because at any point in my life, if I new it were possible to become larger through free exercises I would have done it years ago.
