Hey guys,

Can anybody recommend supplements or foods that I could take to stop me getting erect so easily? (not alcohol though, since I'm not a drinker).

The reason I ask is that I feel that the fact I get hard during stretching is hampering my results, since I spend more time waiting for erections to disappear than I do on actual stretching.

I know about masturbating before stretching, and this has proved useful, but I only really get a 30 minute slot after ejaculating where I remain flaccid enough to stretch but then I start getting stiff again. Plus, I don't want to have to masturbate repeatedly during stretch sessions since this adds a lot of extra time and I'm trying to be as efficient as possible.
I'm looking for anything that could give me a solid 2 hour erection-free timespan per day so I can just focus totally on my stretches.

you probably masturbate too much to where everytime you touch your penis it thinks your gonna jerk off. its like a mind muscle conection thing. reduce masturbating if this is the case and in time it will get better. happend to me so i know this. hope it makes sense

Sounds more like a blessing to me. Maybe you can do mini sessions throughout the day after masturbation. I have no idea what would cause ED other than stress, medication and boos.
 
Dude why dont you EDGE to get rid of the erection and then stretches ... if u have another boner ... have another edging session ... I do it .. and i am guessing quite a lot of guys do it too .. you should consider yourself blessed for having such erections because for many having frequent erections have become an estranged lover .. one you miss so bad when shes not there but dont treat her kindly when shes with you. Besides Edging followed by stretching will actually help you since you get to cause your tunica and ligs to max out and once you are done with it .. it is at your mercy to be STRETCHED the limits ... plus you will find it more stretchable compared to a session where u did not edge ... so count your blessings man and you must be the first guy I know who wants to kill an erection instead of getting one and making it stronger :p

Listen man if you are normal pls.don't do crazy shits.Just masturbation 10 min.before exercise.nothing else.Think twice before taking some supplement for temporary impotencion.
 
Another thing you should try is stretching while erect. I am sure your penis will eventually learn that it is exercise time, not sex time. Give this a go for a week or two, I bet it will solve your problem.
