hi guys!

i recently started pe. i use [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sizegenetics[/words] and i was wondering if it is okay to skip the streching exercises of my daily workout. i have problems with these exercises because my penis gets an errection all the time and ive read somewhere that the penis should be flaccid all the time during the exercise!

my workout plan looks like this:

warmup
(long schlong 12x)
jelq 300x
horizontal movement 30x
(power stretch 8x)
warmdown

what do you think?

How long per day are you extending? If you are getting some decent sessions in you can skip manual stretching but let us know your [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] routine first.
 
just about 2-3 hours at the moment. i guess that are way to little to skip it? anyways, i think ive found a solution to errections when stretching! i found out that when i do sports before doing pe i generally have less blood in my penis, thus stretching is easier! any other tips?

ive noticed another thing: on my penis head i got lots of very tiny blurs with a different color (slightly more red). i guess this is normal?

As you gain size the skin will create micro-tears to accommodate a bigger size. These will appear as small white, pink or red striations. For the most part they go away after some time.
