hey guys i just wanted to find out what the diffrence is between stretching and clenching your pc vs. stretching and not clenching, whats the diffrence?

After reading this and the blasters thread I'm interested. I read the blasters thread twice now, but it's 11:14 p.m. and my brain is not functioning properly so I'm more confused. LOL. Say I am doing the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words], stretching behind the cheeks, down, straight out, and up and so forth, should those types of stretches be done with the PC muscle clenched or unclenched? I've always done unclenched and started to see some gains, but I must admit I don't do many normal down, out, or up stretches so the gains are probably from A-stretches and DLD blasters.

unclenched with the newb routien , you start doing blasters later in the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]dvd[/words].

The kegel and reverse kegel work to allow you to stretch the ligaments without any stress from the PC muscles.
