I'm curious, how many of you made excellent gains through simple directional stretches similar to DLD's [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words]? 1" or 2"? When do you think it is necessary to try more advance techniques? 2 months tops for simple stretches?

I think most routines would have some form of directional stretching, which I believe is an important part of Penis Enlargement. I made good length gains with stretching, length only though. You might want to include some girth exercises in your routine so you don't end up with a pencil dick.
As for the time frame maybe 2-3 months. Let your penis become conditioned first before stepping it up. ;)

Any stretch gains would be length gains and many men have made un-real gains. When to move on? When you tapped out all the gains from the one you are using.

Hi there CrazyEight,

I'm a relative newcomer here, but so far I have been using the Basic Stretch routine for around 10 weeks now, and I can happily say that I've made some excellent gains from it. However, I intend to FULLY maximise all possible gains from the Basic Stretching routine before I try out any other methods. I have no clue how much time it will take for me to get maximum gains from the Basic Routine but I'll stick to it. I know the temptation is there to want to move onto some of the more advanced techniques that have been suggested (I've been tempted as well!), but I believe it's vital to get the most out of each individual stage before progressing to the next one.
