Hey all, after what seems to be years from my last Pe mission I have decided I want a little more. I started Pe years ago and got some success however, I am now on a mission to reach 8 x 6. I gained around 1/4 to 1/2 inch in length and did no training for girth. I had fast newbie gains in about a month but then saw nothing after many months of hanging with my bib and manual stretching. I've been using on and off ball weights and exercised manual ball stretching which has lead me to have gained a decent amount of ball drop. I’m going to try a new approach this time round and focus on girth and hopefully gain some length while practicing girth exercises. Having not gained from length based exercises in a long time I feel something else is in order.

My stats are as follows.

EG : 5.75 mid shaft, 6 at the base.
NBPenis EnlargementL : Will measure when i get time.
BPenis EnlargementL : 7.5 (Varies will do a few more measurements.)
BPFSL : Will measure when i get time.

Not entirely sure on what I’m going to do however I think I may focus on possibly clamping and jelqing based exercises. Any suggestions on exercises, comments or the like, post them up. I will take pictures in a few days so you guys can watch my progress. Glad to be back fellas.
 
Well my lot was rather low but before I understood or believe in the lot theory I hung at the lower angles, SD, SO and gained nothing. I hung for around 6 sets of 20 min 4-5 days a week and reached around 15 lbs or so but i'll double check. I'm still not entirely a believer in the lot theory, no offence to bib. University education tells you that you should use theory as a guide but dont let it dominate your understanding as it is in it's entirey a theory. I cant gain from lower angles, I know that for sure, however i'm reluctant to hang at the higher angles for a fear of wasted time. No silver bullet....
 
Hey guys here are the pictures, sorry about that wait. Taking pictures isn’t as easy as I thought. These are bone pressed measurements; there is 5mm of nothing on the end of each side of the ruler so I’ve added that to the end measurements. So I’m sitting at 7.2 Inches bp, and 5.75 Inches eg. Still haven’t started a routine yet, so not sure what I’m going to do or when I’m going to start again. I feel that posting these pics will give me motivation.
 
Decided on an easy simple program consisting of 10 min manual stretching, and 20 or so min of jelqing, with a focus on head expansion. I know everyone's gonna tell me to take it a bit easier but i know my body well. I trained on the 16th, 17th and 18th and felt an awesome heavy feeling after my sessions. I forgot how large and pumped you get after a good jelqing session. So far so good :)
 
Well all has been good over the last week; the mrs had noticed the increase and plumpness of my flaccid hang. Really enjoying my routine, lots of motivation and I look forward to my Pe sessions every day. I've trained 5 out of the last 7 days and my sessions mainly focused on DLD blasters, V stretches and some basic stretching to each side. I also incorporated some girth work focusing on jelqing with head squeezes (hopefully gain length this way to). The stretching part last for around 20 min and the jelqing part last for about 20-30 min. All in all everything is looking good, all my erections and the quality are great, morning wood is predominant and psychologically I’m in a great mind frame. Onwards and upwards, any comments or recommendations feel free to advise :)
 
Havent missed a session yet, feeling really sore from the dld blasters which is good. Not to much tug back, starting to see a couple of stretch marks so who knows. Gonna hit my session for the day. Peace!
 
Shit's going good fellas, think I've gained in girth for sure. The mrs seems to be having a bit of trouble sucking my cock, her hands dont fully grasp around the whole penis girth and she seems to be getting alot more accidental teeth invloved, what an ego boost. The veins in my cock have swelled up a fair amount. Every session i do i can feel the pain from the previous, which would seem that my member is being trained correctly. Havent missed a session yet, i dont reply on this thread every time i do a session however i am doing my pe work 5 days a week. I'm gonna put some more pics up soon, am not sure when to measure as i dont wanna discourage myself at all. All the best fella's !
