So, I wanted to make sure I started off RIGHT. Its easy for me to get a fire up under my ass and do something hardcore for awhile and then go pffff. I know I'm not alone in this lol, but I also no that this type of behavior leads to ZERO results. So instead of starting off the first time I found this website I have been preparing to start off right. I have a wife and child, I work full time, and I'm also in the middle of trying to lose 40 pounds and work out as well, so I have to plan well for it. It's not about making excuses, its about setting myself up for success.

My basic plan is to do the phase 1 exercises + use the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]penomet[/words], five a week minimum. I am starting with an average length and smaller on the girth side. My #1 goal is 6 inches in girth. If I had to pick one thing, that would be it (I'm at 5 now). However, I would really love to get to 7X6. Can't even begin to describe what that would do for my confidence as I prepare for eventually being single again.

It's important for me to keep a log of what I do, so here it is. When I see some measurable gains, say 1/4 inch of girth or 1/2 inch of BPenis EnlargementL, I'll post some before and after pictures. It's encouraging that your non-stretched flacid length has grown so fast. My dick shrinks like a cold pool, it would be nice as a start for it to just hang a little closer to its erect length.

I know what you mean I only started pe for flaccid reasons. I think all the heat I use along with pe gave me this new flaccid size.

Heat will always increase flaccid size, electric heating pads are a very good way to keep steady heat, all day, if you have the privacy and you will remain long and relaxed!

Good to know thanks DLD. While the bottom line is how it performs hard, impossible to deny the mental effect of the flacid state and confidence is half the game (or more!).

Slowly and progressively you will stretch the skin through the stress of the pumping. You can also encourage skin stretch through a simple exercise I used early in my career where, in a flaccid state, I would stretch the skin, in small patches, using my forefinger and thumb of both hands to stretch the skin.
