I have a pretty busy schedule and have a hard time getting my work in. As of now im doing my girth in the morning then stretches at night . I want to start doing stretches during the day i have a few questions

1. i wont have time during the day to do warm ups during breaks at work. Will i have negative effects from not warming up for stretches during breaks

2. If i didnt use a jim wrap during the day will it hinder my gains . I most likely wont have the chance to get up every hour to re wrap

3. How many sets of stretches should i shoot for Ive been doing 1 u,d,l,r set before girth work then during the day i try to get at least 3 full sets split up during the day

4. I also find later in the day when i get ready to stretch im still semi pumped which makes it hard to stretch. When i stretch in this state i dont really feel the pull on my ligs like if i was flaccid any tips on this ?

I would advise you the complete opposite! Continue doing your girth in the morning and length later on. Why you ask? For a few reasons:
1- You have a morning wood anyway- just use it
2- When you do girth work- your PC muscle must be at full force to give you all that 110% EQ you want, when you do length, on the other hand- you want to have an exhausted PC to have a better lig stretch with no "defensive involuntary" kegels in your way. The PC is the strongest after a good night sleep and is weakest after a tiring girth session and maybe some further DLD Blasters exhaustion before your length workout
3- When you have a session you want to keep the extended/expanded state for as long as possible. Think about it- doing girth in the morning will give you a lot of time to keep expansion with a cock ring on. You stay in the ring till the length session and afterwards you continue your extended state with an autoxsleeve to keep the good length workout stretch during your sleep. If on the other hand you do your length in the morning and girth in the evening- you will be having enough time for your length extended state maintaining, but if you do your girth session close to going to bed- you should take the ring off not to cut the circulation during the night (and if it does that in the day time- you can always see and reapply after getting a new erection and getting some new fresh blood enter your penis), which would mean that the time you stay expanded will be greatly reduced and suffer. You can always wear the ring while you sleep (if you put on a more loose one and wake up every 1-2 hours or so to check if everything down there is ok- if it's numb, discolorated etc.). It is your choice though. I would advise you to do 50/50 percent hours (12 length extended state), (12 girth expanded state) or maybe have one to be more that the other if you want to concentrate on the one more than on the other. It is always your choice when to do your sessions :)
 
Keep the length portion in the morning, you can do as many sets throughout the day as you feel comfortable just make sure you get adequate rest.
also jim strapping method isn't even a big deal personally I don't see the point but I guess some feel more comfortable. Look the simple fact is people have been making gains forever,without warming up or ''jim strapping method''lol, man today everyone is so stuck on certain exercises or devices like it's the be all and end all, it's bullshit, you wanna know what going to work...... putting in an effort!
by the way im not ranting about you, your a newb you have the right to be confused, but all these ''OG'' are still doing manual work, that's how they got the gain, and that how they will continue, not by any particular method, you have to switch it up and figure out what works for you! there are routine but even then people always tweak them.
fuck all that light exercises shit, gains come with intensity, no soft exercises! just my two cents!!!

But doesn't the risk of injury increase as the unconditioned penis increases intensity?

As of now I'm stuck doing my girth in the morning. My lady is at home early so I don't have to worry about my daughter. Getting length in after she is sleep is a lot more easy then the whole [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] jelq set up

Zam, I know what your trying to say but that's not the case, you when I say stretching I don't mean tiggin quickly, what I mean is each stretches pulling out slowly over 5 sec then once you reach your max stretche with as much intensity as you can. this is how you make gains my friend!

Some times it is good to experiment. I like the idea of doing girth first thing in morning and length work at night time. I've never tried this approach before but I know that there is less tiredness in the morning for girth work compared to night time when you just come back from work.
