I have a pretty busy schedule and have a hard time getting my work in. As of now im doing my girth in the morning then stretches at night . I want to start doing stretches during the day i have a few questions
1. i wont have time during the day to do warm ups during breaks at work. Will i have negative effects from not warming up for stretches during breaks
2. If i didnt use a jim wrap during the day will it hinder my gains . I most likely wont have the chance to get up every hour to re wrap
3. How many sets of stretches should i shoot for Ive been doing 1 u,d,l,r set before girth work then during the day i try to get at least 3 full sets split up during the day
4. I also find later in the day when i get ready to stretch im still semi pumped which makes it hard to stretch. When i stretch in this state i dont really feel the pull on my ligs like if i was flaccid any tips on this ?
