Whenever I try peing.... I strech at my max and feel nothing at the ligs or whatever....... Im pulling as hard as possible but feeling nothing..... What am I doing wrong?
When I pull down(ligs) I barely feel anything...... Only when I strech my legs really far apart then go into like a wide squat stance Do I feel the strech.... but my legs get tired fast
My first thought would be that everyone is different and you may not "feel" much but still gain normally...give it time to be sure of whether or not its still working despite your lack of sensation. Just my two cents, I'm only on week 3 myself!
I NEVER felt it when doing it by hand. I use a Bib hanger and it still takes me 45 min hanging 15 lbs to get tired. It aint easy thats for sure. All guys are different though. Keep trying and think about doing some hanging. Check out the Captains Wench or the Bib hanger. They are the best.
You could also Pull straight out with one hand and take your other thumb and press down right in the middle while pulling out that also gets it going. This way you can apply more pull than just straight out. Equally.
I think allot of guys expect to "Feel" something after stretching and in many cases it just does not happen. Some men are more prone to lig and/or tunica soreness post workout than others. What is most important is if you are making gains. The ruler is the tell all in Penis Enlargement. I would love to feel that awesome lig soreness after my workouts but I just don't but I do gain. If you are not gaining then there may be something to work out with your stretching routine. A LIG POP is simply air trapped at the LIG connection to the Penis EnlargementLVIC BONE. When some guys stretch this air is released causing a popping sound. Very similar to cracking your knuckles.
It is possible to tear that ligament loose, but that doesn't seem to be what normal ligament pop is. I have heard from guys here that experience them on a regular basis and have no damage to their penis. I imagine ripping the ligament loose would indeed pop as well, but I wouldn't worry about it too much. I had one ligament pop. It scared me a little and I've never stretched that hard again, but I don't think I need to in order to gain.
True you have but I want to ask you a question.... When streching did you ever try streching at 110 % or only at 100%.My guess If streching at 100% the ligs wont get streched hard enough to detach or anything like that.
